Re: Make Me A Supermodel (US) perry...versatile? i wouldn't call any of the remaining men versatile. well, thats not entirely fair...there's a lot to be made in sears catalogues and aftershave commercials. casey was starting to break out and break down, i love his look though. holly is so photogenic it's unreal and her walk is that of a superstar. shannon is a showroom girl and editorial model, which i think she could make a good career in. we'll see...

Re: Make Me A Supermodel (US) Did anyone notice tonight that there was no "Did America get it right?" after the elimination? Hmm, I wonder why.... Maybe because the panel realizes this show is officially a joke and doesn't want to dwell on it? Over all, I'll take "A Model Life" over this show. I rather enjoyed AML and Petra Nemkova. On the other hand, I find MMAS to be like ANTM--only co-ed. ETA: Remember when Bravo had aspirations, even showed Cirque de Soleil? Now it's "let's do another nude episode, and also show Perry's naked butt. And let's remember to show the contestants snarking at and about each other." How the mighty have fallen. I think Bravo is a tad too much in love with itself.

That's why (& Because of Evel Dick, Sanjaya & now Kristin Cook) America should never have a say in who goes & who stays. | |

Re: Make Me A Supermodel (US) It's totally ridiculous. How can we possibly vote on who's the best for an industry of which most of us have little or no knowledge? Wow, Ben turned out a picture that actually did not make me gag. Did you notice all the air time they gave Christian? Pretty funny--he's not even part of the show, but obviously they feel he's the highlight tonight! :-)

Re: Make Me A Supermodel (US) I don't remember them showing a "Did America get it Right?" after Steph's elimination order, and that one was clearly the most absurd elimination ever. EVER.

Re: Make Me A Supermodel (US) And in a final twist that makes Tyra Banks look like a genius, MMAS is letting the home viewers choose "who will be the next supermodel". How come I thought, when it got down to the end, that the judges--you know, the actual qualified experts--would pick the winner? What a let down. If I had known the show was strictly going to be a popularity contest, and not a real search for the most supermodel-ready contestant of the bunch, I probably would not have watched. And, in some random notes: 1. Holly looked horrible in that swimsuit. She has lost some tone. 2. Note what what's-her-name said: "Ben has come a long way and could do a fragrance campaign with that face and body." "Holly has a beautiful face." "Perry, you're going to be a great model. "Ronnie...your charm and eloquence make you a great ambassador for the modeling industry." The comment to Ronnie: Is that what they call "damning with faint praise"?
