I missed the first 15 minutes of the first show as there had been a PF and I'd forgotten to reset the clock. Was that when Emmanuel auditioned, because I didn't see it at all and was surprised to see him on tonight's episode. I still don't care for him - just don't find him very likeable. I love the show though and can hardly wait till Sunday to find out who the top 20 are!

I loved watching Sandhu figure skate so I am rooting for him. He was often unpredictable in his performances - but when he was on - he was on! Glad to see him coming down to earth a bit

    Love love this show!

Waoh! It will be interesting to see the show tonight and see who made the top 20. I LOVED that guy with the wool cap and I'm interested to see if he made it. There were a lot of "okay" dancers that the judges went crazy for and I thought were crap...we'll just have to see I guess!
I sure hope my sattelite will stay on since Hurricane Bill is about ready to pummel us here in NS! It's pretty pathetic that I'm only worried about my family and watching So you think you can dance and Big Brother.......

Me too! So glad he got through to the top ten this year. Always rooted for him on the ice and can't wait to see how he'll do on this show.

It will be interesting to see how the choreographers leverage his tricks with some of the different styles too.

So who were everyone's faves for top 20 night.

Personally (in no order) I liked:

    Mel B & Cody
Anthony and Corryne (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong - sorry)
    Daniel & Jayme
Jenna Lynn & Nicolas (though I would hardly call it disco)
    Tatiana & Austin

The ones I didn't like it may have been partly due to choreography and the fact that they were ballroom or hip hop.

    Other couples were:
    Tara (?) & Everett
    Amy & Vincent
    Kim & Emmanuel
    Natalie & Danny
Mel B & Taylor ( Taylor was injured while dancing and bled on his partner - I still like him)

Definitely agree. Personally, I think his heart has always been in dance and not really in ice skating. I hope he does well.

    I agree Bee!

I enjoyed the show last night, it was a little more laid back then I was expecting after some of the high impact numbers from last season but it was just the first night. I think it will be a pretty close race tonight as to who goes home as nobody is really standing out as very bad or a definite winner.

Overall I thought itwas a good show. Loved Mel B and Cody. I thought the judges were a bit overly complimentary to some of the dancers. Should be interesting to see who gets booted tonight!
