I definitely think they'd make it. I don't know how far they'd make it, but I'd like to think pretty far. Especially in one of the weaker PR seasons.

    Re: Project Runway Canada

Fierce blogger and eTalk reporter Elaine Lui (of Lainey Gossip) wore a Carlie Wong creation to the Junos on Sunday! Her fellow eTalk host Tanya Kim wore a dress by Evan Biddell.

Carlie Wong went home WAY too early on Project Runway Canada.

Am so honoured to have worn a custom designed, one of a kind Carlie Wong dress at the Junos on Sunday. It was short, it was black, it had a criss cross back, and the most sublime teacup skirt, like, ever. I cried when I had to take it off at the end of the night. For real.

Carlie just showed at Toronto Fashion Week an exciting emerging talent. Thank you Carlie! Click here to see Carlie's pieces. More thoughts on the Junos, including Avril and Buble coming up.

PS. The shoes are Burberry Prorsum. Am obsessed with them. 4 and inches and thank Xenu, I did not eat dirt.

PPS. Tanya Kim was also representing Project Runway! TKs dress was designed by none other than Project Runway Canada winner Evan Biddell.

Isn't it so exciting? It's airing in January.

Also, have you guys seen the photos from Biddell's last show for elle Magazine?
I like some of the designs and I like some of them less

Anyone see the premiere last night?
The designers were dropping like flies. Two out due to medical reasons before the even finished their first design.
One of those before she'd barely started it.

I wasn't keen on the losing outfit, but really felt the woman who decided "groundbreaking" was a poorly constructed and finished, empire line dress with a electric blue lightning bolt over the shoulder, should have gone.

I have to wait until someone uploads it to youtube. Wish they'd show it in the US.

    Re: Project Runway Canada

I couldn't believe that after one show three people were already gone. To be honest, I wasn't really blown away by any of the outfits. I did like how it started and I just hope it continues to grow.
