Ummm..."I'm ready to marry you." Not exactly a heartfelt proposal, but then no one is suprised about that at this point, I guess. We all know by now that S.B. is NOT a hopeless romantic. Renee's expression right after he uttered those words definitely told us all we needed to know about her disappointment with his lack of a true proposal. Being pregnant though, she took whatever commitment she could get and decided to be happy with it.

Renee said how she does not need a man... whatever. Sounded so independent, huh? But she surely blurted out, within (what) 5 seconds of the so called proposal and acceptance that she was pregnant. Could that have not waited for a private moment?? So much for the tough independent woman that she portrays herself as.

Is it me, or does she look like a blonde version of the dark-haired, gal with thick bangs on the original GREASE? The one that was kinda dorky?

I fell asleep without watching the season finale. So I take it, he proposed to her, kinda....and she accepted by saying she was pregnant?

I think it's her bangs, but Renee looks just like the gal on the left from the Grease.

It drove me crazy who she looked like, and then it hit me...

Well, I thought last nights finale was kinda cute, scripted???,,seemed so but all the lose threads were tied up. But season 2 I don't think so. enuff is enuff. I wonder if it was a boy or a girl??

That picture just reminded me how pretty Olivia Newton-John was in "Grease."

I think there will be a Season Two and that will document Scott and Renee planning their wedding. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I wonder how she'll feel after seeing his hesitation about proposing...Everytime someone asked him if he was going to propose, he made a face like it would be torture to be married. Talk about embarrassing!

Oh but he didn't even give her that much!

He said "I'm ready to get married." He didn't even include her in that statement. I guess that leaves him some wiggle room to say "Well, sure, honey, I'm ready to get married, but I didn't say married to you."

This finale was so lame: just a lot of golfing and whining about wedding planning.

A few things struck me, though:
First, renee's example of scott being a stellar guy is that he cut a pizza for her?? "He's so protective, he didn't want me to cut myself," blah, blah. Let's hear it for low standards.

Second, Doc Ali telling renee whatever she wanted to hear, that scott's this great guy with a heart of gold. Excuse me? You witnessed first hand what a narcissistic, womanizing a$$hole he is for eight weeks straight, but okay.

Lastly, there is no way this was the first time renee revealed her pregnancy to scott. I'm convinced he knew before filming even started. I think scott even said on howard stern that the pregnancy was a factor in doing the show, to see if he could settle down and raise this kid with her.

I read online that they are having a girl, in December, and the rumored name is Bonnie. Bonnie Baio?

Just when we started to underestimate VH1, there was just an announcement for season 2, Scott Baio is ... 46 and pregnant. which by the way he told Ted Casablanca from E! in July that Renee was pregnant. So my guess is that he didn't know before he committed to the show, I don't see how.

Well being the glutton for punishment that I am, I'll be tuning in for a second season.

And Johnny standing at the gate peering in was hilarious. I know the show is scripted but it was still funny.

I also want to see the ring Scott gives Renee. Did he get the 100k one or the 26k?

Or maybe something different. I bet there will also be a prenup episode with fake drama.
