    Yeah, it really would have been fun! I think we were close because they kept stringing us along at the end - not finalized, be patient, etc. I suspect they might have even been making sure they got a certain way through the process with the other finalist before telling us no for real. It involved getting a celebrity chef involved, and who knows, maybe we didn't ask for anyone who was available.

    We're in the bay area so we mentioned Alice Waters (can't imagine her doing something like this though) because my SIL raises her own chickens, bees, and has a big garden. But she's also Scottish and she named Michael Dotson, who has a Scottish gastropub here that has been written up in the NY Times, so he seemed like he'd be perfect for wanting that kind of exposure.

    If you can, try next year and maybe ask for a more mainstream TV chef!

    This Wednesday Income Property is having a special at 8 pm of how are the renovated apartments are doing and then a brand new episode of Income Property at 9pm.
