My opinion is more in line with Eastcoastmom.. she really is a one trick pony. Last night I watched the one where they wanted industrial modern.. Jo clearly didn't hit the mark IMO. If it's not shabby chic, she struggles.
Some how I cannot imagine that concrete fireplace as shabby chic.

    She didn't do it though.

While Jo didn't "do" the fireplace, she did design it. Apparently the couple was happy with what Chip and Jo delivered since they were in agreement during their consultation with Jo when shown what the plans were for the house.

Thank you so much Lynda, I really appreciate it. The whole process from start to finish took 10 weeks total. It would have been 8 if not for Christmas/New Year. So the timeframes on these flipping shows are realistic! Here are some "before" photos to give you an idea of the challenge!

Wow what a big difference! You did a great job! And the timeline too. Sometimes on Property Brothers or Flip or Flop, etc., I think how can they do it all is X amount of weeks???

Love those sliding doors too. I have seen them on a lot of the Million Dollar Listing - LA shows and some HGTV shows. We don't have any around here that I know of....probably because I am in upstate NY!
