actually after hearing what he had to say to both girls this week I think he would have been better off picking the girl he sent home last week...he proved tonight he isn't ready for a commitment..he needed more time and the one last week said the same thing and IMO she was better able to handle his way of life...I don't think [[Mindy ]]would have been able to handle it in the end and I don't think [[Taya]] will be able to deal with it in the long run

thanks for not spoiling it - I haven't seen it yet - although I can sort of guess who he chooses. The thing that points me to Taya is that she looks much more like his ex (the mother of his children - and she is nothing to sneeze at). Did he ever really say why things didn't work out for them? Seems like they had a pretty good thing going. I'm guessing neither one of them gets the ring, however. And the stupid show is two hours away!! tick-tock tick-tock!!

he just said he was 99% sure but that he was 1% unsure so he was gonna hold onto the ring til they spent more time together and got to know each other better...I got the impression he slept with both of them on these last dates..maybe its the editing but I don't think so and to me that just says he is a sleaze

what gets me is why buy the ring...duhhhhh...Brett if you have that much money you can buy a ring like that and sit on it..contact me...i know of several animal groups that could use that money for homeless animals

Well, I wouldn't want anyone to thing Bret is a sleeze! And yeah, I'm sure he slept with about half of the ladies (<-- being polite) on the show. *shudder*

Sadly, he is such a nice guy - in real person - he just has a lot of hang-ups to overcome before he goes handing out rings to anyone. I mean, does the girlfriend and/or wife have to adjust the wig and bandana every morning before he gets out of bed?

Can I just mention how shiny Taya was during the interview/confessional bits? It even drove me crazy - that would have been great entertainment to see her flip over being "shiny" rather than "glowing".

It was a fun season.

I just think if Brett was ever going to marry anyone it would be the lady whom he had the children with...and he was with her how long and they never got married (unless I missed something) and if he didn't marry her I don't know why either of these girls really thinks he will get married to them..as far as sleeping with the girls..you aren't the only one shuddering...him and flavor flav..are both man Ho's..lol..and I am sure he is really a nice person he seems that way but like FOL..I just don't think he can be committed to one woman and one woman only for any length of time...and some men are like that and my ex husband is one of them...and I tell any of his women that I meet since they do interact with my children that they will either accept him the way he is cause you won't change him or you need to cut your losses and leave ..and thats the way I see Brett..

Wow, I thought Taya looked TERRIBLE in that final elimination! Holy Cher circa 1970! The dress, though stripper-ish, was what I would have expected. But the straight hair parted down the middle and the bright red lipstick just... NOT good on her! If I hadn't known it was her, I wouldn't have guessed it was. She just looked so much better in her interviews and everyday look than at this moment when she was supposed to be all glammed up. As for my thoughts on the final pick... I really have no opinoin. I think both were bad "matches" and I don't think it would have worked with either. Go figure.

Ugh. Taya? Really? Not happy with that ending. I thought Mindy had it in the bag.

I looked up what a feature dancer was and it's apparently a stripper with fame. And now it make sense, she's been in Penthouse, she has a modicum of fame, she qualifies to have special shows and advertising.

I barely paid attention to the finale since I was sure that Mindy had this in the bag. I was calling it ever since before the show, and the last time I pegged the winner before the show started, I was right (it was during the first season).

So yeah, was I shocked that Taya won.

The relationship isn't going to last IMO. Bret has two options: 1) go back to his babies' momma like Flav, or 2) do another season. Please, Bret, do another season! This one was amazing from start to finish the episode where Ashley was eliminated. I'm sure another season would be just as good.

If he wants women for threesomes and flings it makes more sense to me to walk into a couple strip clubs pick up some of the easier women (since they're not all easy) and just do that. From the sounds of it he isn't exactly looking for any degree of substance.
