Some updates...
I'm not sure what happened with Next and the women from the show. I've read various reports of Michelle complaining that Next never sent her anywhere. She is now working in Shanghai but I don't think it is in any connection with Next. She is still on Next's UK boards (along with Abi) under the "New Faces" division.
Lucia is now with Elite in New York.

Lucia is with Elite in Slovakia so I'm not surprised she's signed with them in New York. I don't know what happened with the whole Next "contract."
