Well I don't know how he'd feel about being compared to a girl and I'm not showing a pic of her to him because I keep my NTM model fanatics away from everybody I know because they would find it weird that i would join a forum about it.

Spellboundboy, I CANNOT believe you think Jacqueline is ugly?!?! I mean, everyone has their own tastes but ugly? Did you SEE the part where she pushes her hair back and then walks towards the three judges during the top 20?

I can't believe we agree so completely on Alice yet differ so far on Jacqueline. I'm confident she'll win you over and if not... HI-YA!!!
lol Seriously though, watch that part again on Y.T. and tell me that's not a gorgeous girl. The fact that she gets compared to Brooke Shields, Rita Hayworth and Nicole Kidman says a lot as they are three of the most appreciated and celebrated beauties of all time.


By the way, now that Supermodel Iman is onboard to host Project Runway Canada, I'm so excited for it to start airing. Do you think any of the CNTM girls will be used as models for their runway shows? That would be cool. After all a few CNTM cycle 1 girls are now on Deal or No Deal Canada

Hello,How in Gods name did Canada get Iman for project runway,she's the best ethnic supermodel ever if not one of the best supermodels ever!!! I don't watch Project Runway but I find it interesting that Canada got picked to host,I think in Britain we had Elizabeth Hurley for season 1 and then we got Kally Osbourne

That's correct, we got her because she knows we rule! LOL Also its not that big of a commute from NYC to Toronto for her, like a half hour flight maybe?

I think it's really good that for Canada's Next Top Model we have a judge as famous and fiercely proud to be Canadian as Jay Manuel, and then for PRC we have Iman and for DONDC (Deal or No Deal Canada) Howie Mandell is our host, the same as the host for the American version. Basically it means we are the poo and considering how small our population is put out great television.

I think the feel of Canada's Next Top Model is as close to the American version as any of the other versions out there. Agree? Disagree?

Well, some international versions are better than the American version, IMO. But CNTM definetely isn't one of them.

I think CNTM is like the closest to ANTM,AusNTM has the girls and thats it,no entertainment value,crappy host,strange annoying girls (as pretty as they are),shoots that are lackluster (the shoots in season 2 were okay),the only thing I like about AusNTM is Charlotte Dawson because I enjoy her (the closest thing to Janice Dickinson on any Top Model).

I love AusNTM S3. Way more than some of the ANTM seasons.

ANTM doesn't have that much on AusNTM3 at all, though. The girls pretty much suck; there's little entertainment as that drama's horrible old; Tyra's alright; ANTM girls are much more annoying than the AusNTM girls, IMO; shoots of ANTM7-8 were generally crap.

I do have to agree though that the earlier ANTM cycles were far superior to AusNTM earlier cycles.
