Top Model Shows Outside the U.S.

Jodhi mail – something to do with photoshoot and a quote from Tiger Woods. The girls think they are doing a sports shoot. They go to the shoot location. Photographer is Daniel Smith, who has shot a lot of celebrities, like Madonna. Jonathan says the girls will be working with someone else, and in honor of Mothers Day…. The girls’ mothers come out, the girls are all so happy and are crying. Paloma says her name was called pretty much at the end, and she kept thinking “just say my name” and says her mum is her best friend. Alice thought that maybe her mother would have to work or didn’t want to be on tv, but her mother is there, she was the last one to be called. The photo is about the girls making their mum look/feel comfortable and take a beautiful photo. They all go get makeup on. Steph says “As soon as Jordan’s mum opened her mouth, it was like there were two Jordans sitting there, they are so alike” and “Alice’s mum was a shock to me, she was tall, I thought she’d be shorter”. Jonathan says he thinks they all look great, but has one more thing, they get pearls to put on. Steph goes first, has a photo and Jonathan says “Steph, you know what this is about, its modelling, not sitting on a park bench, it’s not Better Homes & Gardens, its for Vogue”. Paloma says she felt really good after the shoot, just having her mother there made her feel more comfortable and relaxed. Alice’s mother directs the photographer, says she wants to get a photo of Alice and her mother at the same height, then one with the height difference shown. Alice is looking uncertain in the face. Jonathan says she gives the same look each week, she looked more relaxed but still needs to do something different. He says “Mum, you’re hired, Alice you need to work”. Anika says it was the best photoshoot. Danica says “Working with mum in the photoshoot wasn’t the easiest thing”. Jordan didn’t know how she felt doing a photoshoot with her mum, she was happy she was there but didn’t know how it was going to go. After the shoot, the girls get to go with their mothers to the hotel where they are staying for drinks and then go have dinner with them. Anika says “I think we should have a toast to our mothers”, they do. She also says they had a lovely night and didn’t want it to end. Ad break.

If Alice goes home I will never watch this show again. Maybe I will but that would seriously suck if she got eliminated. I hope I don't have to go school before the eliminee is revealed.

Jodhi mail – elimination time “Let’s hope you make your mothers proud”. Steph H says she was nervous, because she was the only one who stuffed up on the challenge. Jodhi talks about what this week was about, and says the prizes and introduces the judges as usual. Guest judge this week is Melissa Hoya, who is a style critic and social commentator. This weeks judging challenge is something they have already done – the paparazzi shots from when they arrived at the boxing. Danica’s shot wasn’t good, Charlotte gives her a demonstration on what she should do after getting out of the car. Anika’s photoshoot photo is good. Alice likes her photo. Paloma says “Oh mum looks beautiful!”. Jordan likes her photo too. Her lips are a bit pursed though. All the pics look pretty good. Charlotte says Danica needs to loose a little bit of weight. Decision time. They’re not sure about Alice, she gives the same look. Not sure about Steph H either. Love Jordan’s. Charlotte wants to get rid of Paloma but the guest judge doesn’t think so, she thinks Danica should go. Charlotte doesn’t like Anika’s shot. Jez thinks Paloma should go too. Alex thinks Paloma is more modern looking than Danica. For the first time the judges have to vote instead of generally deciding amongst themselves.

Final 5 - getting a lot more competitive, no one is playing nice. Good girl Steph has had enough. Challenge or photoshoot the girls need to be flexible.

Sometimes having one killer look is enough. Look at Mollie. Her angry zombie stare is her signature look and it works for photographers (though does not work for me). Alice looks fine in her signature look, even if she looks vacant sometimes.

If Paloma's look does not fit the world of modelling, then why did they cast her? Crap reason. I want to say this even though I am not a fan of Paloma.

Seems to be an entertaining episode. Love Steph's commentary on Jordan's mom and Jonathan's "Mum, you are hired, Alice you need to work". Alice's mom seems to be model material!

Oh my god i hate Charlotte!!!! Honestly she doesn't like alice and she wants to keep jordan in. Even if she knows she is short. God! And who the hell do you think you are Jez. Oh 'she only has one look' 'she doesn't perform'. Whatever jez um i don't see you taking photos of supermodels or amazing designer ads. So i don't see how you would know what a top model looks like and models like. Gosh saying that stuff about alice.

Anyways... WARNING! Anika shot is really bad. Practically most of them were bad, well except for alice of course haha. This photoshoot was no fashion photoshoot at all. I don't know what the judges saying that everyone did good. Alice mum is sooo short haha, Anika mum looks like her sister. Next week photoshoot kind of looks..... crappy :/

First of all, I don't see how being 177cm and 57kg could be big? That's nonsense.

Second; she can always lose the kg's, Anika's boobs on the other hand can only be worked on by a plastic surgery procedure.
