Re: Top Model Shows Outside the U.S.

Yeah, Jess had a FAB walk and I didn't even think Ebs deserved to be in the final three on account of the judges letting her skate by the last few photoshoots. My final three would've been Mads, Jess, and Louise.

Montreal is famous for it's cutting edge street fashion that inspires collection after collection of a lot of the hottest international designers, catching on in countries years after it has already gone out of fashion in Montreal. Toronto has an increadible fashion and arts reputation. Vancouver fasion designers pioneered organic eco- friendly materials and dying processes. And at least the winner of CNTM gets $100 grand unlike some other top model franchises (AusNTM I'm looking at you).
To FORTsters, Fine! PNTM is the best NTM of all of them, I must be totally blind to the beauty of 5'8 trannies with terrible hair with a host who looks fresh off the Drag Queen Follies in Las Vegas to make a show that is so far from the fashion industry, My Bad!

In CNTETC, I think Mo and Tara are the best, and Tia and Sinead are maybes, everyone else looks like a foot with hair.

Maybe you should come to Canada (particularly Toronto) and see for yourself.
This place is a breeding ground for models.
I honestly feel that the CNTM girls are in no way a representation of the amount of model material we have here.
And as for successful Canadian fashion models, can you say Daria Werbowy?
Yeah, the big DW is gorgeous! I've always wanted to go to Toronto, isn't it like the NYC of CA, people are probably pretty poshed up there. I didn't say all of Canada, I just said of the 20 contestants in one year and 2 cycles of CNTM, all of them look like actresses, except Sisi, she's just fug.

Oh, does everyone know that Kim from HNTM was born in Indonesia?

Re: Top Model Shows Outside the U.S.

I think if the HNTM 2 finale was regular and not fanbased, Christa might win, but if it is all votes, Kim has a shot, but I see nada in her.

Can people from say the U.S. still vote for Holland?

Sabrina is pretty much done because I can't think of anyone who'd vote for her. How do the native Holland fans see the final 3, what are each of the girls like?

Re: Top Model Shows Outside the U.S.

I've never watched PNTM so I cannot comment on them, and by defending the Canadian fashion industry that certainly isn't a defense of the PNTM franchise so.... I'm failing to see your argumentative logic here. Your comment on the Canadian fashion world was completely wrong (IMO). Linda Evangelista is but one example of the vast amount talent Canada has produced within this industry.

Re: Top Model Shows Outside the U.S.

Hmmm...I didn't mean to downsize the country as a whole. Great models of today have exploded on to the scene from our neighbors up north, I just cannot stand the fact that of the 20 contestants that have graced CNTM, none of them are real models. Sorry!
