| Re: Top Model Shows Outside the U.S. Canada has a wicked fashion industry that has produced a lot of amazing artists and talents. Ever heard of Dsquared? Ever heard of Jay Manuel? Ever heard of Shalom Harlow? Even the CNTM judging panel with Yasmin Warsame and Jeanne Beker - these people are respected globally. Montreal is famous for it's cutting edge street fashion that inspires collection after collection of a lot of the hottest international designers, catching on in countries years after it has already gone out of fashion in Montreal. Toronto has an increadible fashion and arts reputation. Vancouver fasion designers pioneered organic eco- friendly materials and dying processes. And at least the winner of CNTM gets $100 grand unlike some other top model franchises (AusNTM I'm looking at you). Quote:
