OK the Swedish cast has been revealed! Nothing special, my Top 3 were eliminated in the end. I'm so ******* mad!

:phhht to the lame ass judges. Mini didn't say a shit through the whole episode, she's so :rolleyes ! Just listening to her Swedish, made me paranoid. Very computer like with the script (study harder), no emotions at all, whatsoever. Madelene was a bleached fug that needed an elimination (I really don't get it) and Louise was boring so I had to mute my TV every minute she had 10 sec speech, the weak jokes she was trying to pull made her look really stupid! They let go of three beautiful girls. What a shame.

Milay, sorry you're disappointed. I must say, none of the girls really stick out to me from those pics. I'm sure there are many beautiful girls in Sweden, but I find the Danish contestants more impressive.

Re: AuNTM... I don't have a prediction. Sam and Gemma get the most attention, but that's probably because they're by far the loudest and most articulate. Gemma has been portrayed rather negatively so far, yet I can see her taking it. Chloe's probably been a bit too quiet and passive to win. I guess I would go with Shannon? This Top Model isn't edited to have a "plot" like ANTMs do; they just show us random events and arguments. There's little character development and manipulation, so it's harder to tell.

The only one I kind of like really is Maria O. But, really, all these pics make them look blah.

Well, I did say little manipulation.

Maybe some people will disagree with me here, but nothing seems overtly false. I feel like we're given a fairly complete picture of the personalities and happenings, given the time limitation.

See, the American editors cut out many extraneous tiffs, funny moments, significant sides to people's personalities, etc. when they have nothing to do with the story they want to create. The Australian producers seem to be giving us a bit of everything. You could call it bad writing or greater realism.

Milay, did you notice how Mini sometimes spoke Swedish with an American accent, Dolph Lundgren and Anita Ekberg style? Her r's were VERY Americanized. I found that absolutely ridiculous; she's been modeling for what, ten years tops, and suddenly she's forgotten her native tongue?

I hardly watched the first episode (too busy watching Lost - now THAT'S a good show), but I did catch the elimination in the end and I was surprised by some of the choices. None of the girls really stand out for me.

I thought I saw a friend of mine flash by really fast among the final 25, though. Too bad she didn't make it further.
