Week 5 - Gothic Bride

Personally speakling, I thought Sarah's picture was horrific - her face looked so bottom heavy.

As one more point of interest, we had a Next Top Model rip-off show over here before BNTM called 'Make Me A Supermodel' hosted by Rachel Hunter.

Ad for the first series last year

It was a complete knock off of ANTM with the task - shoot - judging - bottom 2 - elimination cycle of events, the only difference being that there was a live final with the winner voted for the public. Some of the shoots were pretty good though and all over the wolrd - they shot in London (obviously), the Moulin Rogue in Paris and Times Sqaure in New York amongst others.

Also, there were about 3 or 4 one hour shows each week over 3 weeks as opposed to one every week as it was aired whilst being filmed rather than all in advance.

A second series has been commissioned and already cast but this time its featuring BOYS AND GIRLS. Its runs over six weeks this time with live eliminations every week.

A lot of the girls from the series have had really successful legitimite modelling careers too - far outshining any of the global NTM winners.

I love Amber's photo and I hate to say it but.. Lianna's too. I'm not a fan of her look at all but she does photograph well. On the show she looks so homely, reminds me of Andrea from CNTM. I hope Lianna doesn't follow in Andrea's footsteps and wins.

Not Georgina's best photo but the makeup didn't really suit her IMO.

I was pleasently suprised with Jasmia's pic this week. Lianna's was overhyped and I really liked Abigail's.

^^ haha yeah, about Amber at Jasmia's birthday party. I laugh at pretty much everything Georgina says, she's my favourite

But I admit, I also laughed at Lianna trying to get the bear out of the lamp and proclaiming "think thin bear! Think thin!"
