I don't think most of them are short. 5-10 to 6 feet seems just about right. Three at 5-10, two at 5-11 and two more 6-footers. That's seven out of the 13 girls. More than half. But then I guess I'm used to ANTM, which tends to have shorter girls.

I agree that the 5.75 and 5-8 girls -- four of them -- are too short (gah, that stuck in my throat as I am 4-11). The 5-9er? Maybe if they look tall.

Janina's pictures are all pretty bad. Even a killer walk can't really cancel out that she's not even marginally photogenic. Wanda is tearing it up however.

in the local newspaper there was a story of FinNTM having a fashion show in the middle of snow and cold. woohoo.. and if I counted right, that day when it airs, there would be 4 girls left and 2 of the girls are [[Darina and Mari]].

also, I have slight problem with Daniela's height. I read somewhere that she is 171cm tall. but hell to the no she can't be! if she is 5'7" then all the other girls are over 180cm.

None of the Aussie girls this cycle really tickle my fancy. I mean they're all pretty but I don't fully support anybody just yet. I loved a nice handful of girls from Cycle 3 and in Cycle 2 I couldn't even pick a top three. I loved them all way too much. Even Sasha! Cycle 1... uhh... I barely remember any of the contestants. Only noteworthy thing I found about it was that the winner shared a first name with Gemma Ward. :/

Even Sasha? Tell me you loved Hiranthi! She is one of the most absolutely unintentionally hilarious people I've ever seen or heard.

Managed to watch BNTM's first eppy last night and here's my write-up--in a non Merchant-Ivory-ness
-Love that the judges are rather reasonable and know what they're talking about, that's always nice.
-Huggy looks a royal mess.
-Someone needs to steal Louise's eye makeup, for her own good.
-Seemed fair Sophie was sent home first, but she seemed more into the comp than Aaron, who would fit perfectly in past seasons. NOT A GOOD THING.
-Stefanie is too commercial for my liking.
-Alexandra is pretty but not really confident. Or something.
-Martha doesn't even need this show, she has shades of Carmen Kass and I don't undersatand why that guy judge HATES her.
-Charlotte's pretty but Rachel was waaay better on the shoot (first call-out deserved)
-Musayeroh looks waaay hotter in person than in her photo.
-Lauren is the hottness that porpels this ship.
-Lisa needs a makeover and she has a Jane AusNTM3 quality.
-Leanne's hair is glarring; good photo, false advertising: she does not look like that in person!
-Catherine's the wind beneath my wing.
-Lynzi is Princess Di-esque. And funny.

And I agree with whomever said AusNTM and BNTM got their casts switched up, even though AusNTM has a handful of good girls, mainly Alex, Sam, Kristy, Caris and Alyce.

Really, Is Daniela that short compared to the others? Thats amazing that they even let her in!

BNTM - monster improvement, all the girls are great!
AusNTM - more interesting, not as boring as last season
ANTM - better shoots and quality of girls, except horrible elimintion order.

GNTM took a step back
INTM took 2 steps foreward

Just saw Alice with Ian Thorpe and the some of the ausntm 4 girls (Leiden, Bec, Alex, Kristy and Alyce), at the Aus MTV awards. I think i miss when she was talking since she had a microphone. But, love it that she's not distancing herself from ausntm.

Lol most of you probably don't care since it's not really major lol.
