Tamara's elimination is insane, especially with some of the girls they kept in. It makes no sense. Personality reasons perhaps?

Jennifer is my favorite right now. Good from both close and far (A lot of girls look great close up but don't look great from afar), the youngest, and quite tall. ANTM C4 Michelle vibe.

Honorable mentions:
Aisha: Young, amazing face shape in her close up.
Bianca: Very sexy.
Christina: Great close up, not good from far.
Elena: Best close up, not good from far.
Gisele: Pretty, fighting with Bianca for second favorite position.
Vanessa: Good close up, far shot looks a bit deranged.

From Janina on (including Janina, but excluding Wanda), fantastic. They actually have the basic requirement: height. As well, most of their faces are nice. Bodies can be toned (hopefully, they wil make an effort to do so), so I'm not critical about that. Most of the girls before Janina are either too old, too short, or both (bar maybe Christina and Gisele). I really like Caroline's face, but she's 24.

edit: Oh my gosh, how could they eliminate Tamara?! What was the reason?

Yeah, I didn't realize that both Aisha and Elena are 5'7 or below. Yikes. That knocks them down a peg.

Raquel and Sandra may be tall enough, but neither are at all modelly facewise.
