Dang, China's like Hungary! Well, can we call them by their last names anyway? I know it's a tad culturally insensitive...but whatever. It's not like anyone but us is reading this.

Anyway, on those special ed photos -- I'm sure that it wasn't the first photoshoot. I mean, come on. What would the theme be? "Wear a bikini and pretend you're an airplane in the middle of the street?" Seriously though, what's up with all the arms-out poses? It makes me think of the Jonathan Richman song "I'm a Little Airplane."

I don't have a favourite yet but I'm hoping the photoshoots can match, if not exceed, the amazingness of PNTM. Or PoNTM. Whatever.

Finland's next top model is now officially getting started.. they have the applications released. and we have it way easier then you.. the filming of the show will start in march and the show will start to air in april (i know right. so fast) there might be an international destination (aplication thingy said that yu might need your passport) they are looking for girl between ages 18 and 27. The host has not been reveaed but max factor is one of the main sponsors and most likely one of the prices for the winner is a max factor commercial. the girls will be revealed in march.. did i forget something... oh no host has yet been announced (hoping its an actual internationally known model, not some miss finland circa 93 with a bra line in finnish stores)

It's not about what they can "crank out", it's about who auditions. Theoretically, any country could have phenomenal contestants if the applicants were all made up of the most beautiful eligible women in the country. The only girls they can choose from are the ones who put themselves out there to be on the show.

Wait, weren't the photoshoots of PNTM amazing? That's a lot to expect of a show. I'd be happy if it ended up as good as Canada (Cycle 1, that is), to be honest.
