| Oh just kick Angie out of this show. She is ignorant, self absorbed and a liar. Where is the entertainment here? ugh. No one knows who she is, nor cares. |

| I think I see some issues with Angie that I've seen writ large in others, so by way of explanation (not excuse), I'll just offer it up. (And, I agree, she should probably be taken off the show altogether, she's not going to solve her problems here, and she's doing damage to the other teams, Dr. Ian, Harvey, and the viewing audience.) I think Angie doesn't really want to take care of herself. I don't mean as conscious thought, but as a deep psychological issue. She is not only not doing what she's supposed to in terms of weight loss and fitness, but she's not taking her meds, I'll bet dollars to donuts (ha!) she's not testing her sugar levels, and so on. She appears (at least to me, I'm sure Dr. Linda agrees) to need serious professional emotional help, and hopefully (at least in private) they are steering her in that direction. In a way, she's committing suicide, but not overtly, she's covering it up and probably doesn't even realize herself. Anyway, I'm very impressed with most of the others, and I have some serious sympathy for Carnie. She's much further out (like years) than I am, but I am approaching my one year GBS anniversary. It's entirely possible for me to overeat, but it comes from what she admitted is an issue for her - grazing. I can still only eat about 1/2 cup total per 'meal', but I can eat (if I let myself) eat many meals a day. Luckily, I am also a diabetic, and was in the habit of five small meals a day from my previous condition. (BTW, on a positive note, I have not had to take my diabetes medication since the surgery - 100 percent of diabetics who have GBS have an improvement. In my case, the improvement was enough that I was able to go off meds, but I still need to vigilant.) My point with all this is that it's not easy for a grazer to get into the five small meals and maintain discipline about it. It does take work and concentration, and the concentration is the biggest thing about it. For me, I have to do nothing else when I eat (including watch TV or be at the computer), or I will pick at whatever is around and not realize that I'm doing it. I do also use Fitday, not so much to count calories, but to keep track of my percentage splits between carbs, proteins and fats.

| Seems to me that Angie went off her meds in hopes of (1) being told that she couldn't work out, and/or (2) everyone else buying into her "oh, poor me, I'm special" routine. She's a royal pain in the ass who's probably just on the show to put her bloated face on TV for the purpose of getting gigs -- like anyone's gonna want to hire her excuse-ridden, high-maintenence attitude. My suggestion to Fit Club: Ditch the bitch! Hey, maybe VH1 can give her the role of "hopeful fat girl" on Flavor of Love 3. ![]()

| If people want to know who Angie Stone is I have a url for her on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angie_Stone. The wikipedia entry lists her history, awards, albums, and filmography. I do like that the entry notes that her website is frozen and that her music label has dropped her and that her latest gig is CFC4. Too bad they do not have a entry for indicating what a crazy attitude she has.

| It almost seems to me that Angie sees no connection to how she lives her life and her health concerns. She seems to want to be seen as a victim of her body and health and doesn't want to be told the best things for her are what she will do for herself, as in losing weight, exercise, eating right, taking her medication. She wants some easy solution to her concerns but she doesn't want to be involved.

| I finally watched my tape and I just want to smack Angie. She keeps trying to find people to join her pity party with how hard she works and her heart condition and blah blah blah and the only person even willing to give her an inch is Vinnie since he's had heart problems too. I loved it when she was whining to Tina and Carnie about how busy she is and when Tina said she has 3 companies to run, Angie says "well I have four" as if it's some contest as to who's the busiest. Then when she tried the same thing with Bone Crusher, he said "we're all busy." I loved it that she couldn't get anyone to let her get away with being a victim. I think she's learning a hard truth that she doesn't normally hear. Celebrities are surrounded by "yes" people who want to be part of their fame. But CFC is all celebrities (even though some are less known than others) so they aren't going to be "yes" people. Sure they are supportive of each other but they don't need to kiss the other celebs butt's because they are celebs too in their own right. Angie is getting a taste of what it's like to not be told "yes" all the time and that everything she does is okay. |

| I wanted to give Angie a break, but I can't anymore. I just don't have any sympathy for her. She needs to stop playing with her VERY LIFE. Who the HELL doesn't take their medicine? HUH? She's being ridiculous. |

| Episode 7 Where is Angie?? The day after the last weighin Harvey is waiting for Angie to show up at the gym to work out with him. Its 9am, no Angie, its 9:55am, no Angie, Harvey is pretty much giving up on her and finally at 10:20am Angie shows up, no apology, no nothing. (Yes, I know, it was edited out). Harvey and Angie go work out. Surprising, they work out everyday. I wonder if she started showing up on time. Harvey did have her running and sweating on the TMill. Day 72 1. Angie is up. They show the workout clip. Angie looks happy and proud of herself. She was 213 last week and this week she is 214. That's right folks even training with Harvey she gained 1 lb. Still Angie does now fit into a size 14 dress when she started as a size 18. To top things off she apologizes to the panel and acknowledges that they were concerned about her and not trying to make her look bad. Good thing I use fingers to type cause my jaw is still on the ground. Her total so far is 12 lbs. Fit Camp is at Rancho Temeschal. It is 106 in the sun. The first challenge is to fill bags with horse manure and put the bags in a wheel barrel and race the wheel barrel to a scale. The team that reaches 300lbs first wins. Angie strategizes that they should fill more bags with less weight. She does well holding the bags open. The Red Team finishes in 5:52 and the Blue Team finishes in 6:04. There is a 12 second lead. Next is the mud crawl. The rules state that you must use your elbows and knees. Angie is worried the mud will go into her vagina! Where does she comes up with this stuff???? Vinnie and Angie goe against BoneCrusher and Carnie. They all do a highcrawl but all stay on there elbows and knees. Even with the 12 second lead the Red Team had now the Blue Team is in the lead by 42 seconds. Ted finishes in 18 seconds, Ericka in 26 and Tina in 27. Nick is last and screaming that Ted cheated. Have I mentioned that Nick is an idiot. Harvey then demostrates a genuine Marine low crawl. Again Ted and Nick go after it and still Ted wins. By the way did I mention that Nick is an idiot. 2. Tina is up. She was 164 last week and had a target of 2 lbs. She is now 161. She has lost 3 lbs and is only 3 lbs away from her goal. Tina insists that she is going for the 50 lbs she wants. Tina now weighs what she did when she was 16 and appearing on Family Ties. She fit into her size 8 wedding dress. She has lost 16.5 % of her body weight. She is in the lead to win a 2007 Camry Hybrid. There is a side contest that the celebrity who loses the highest body percentage wins a car. Tina and Erika are the top two contestents in this race. Tina's total is 32lbs. 3. BoncCrusher has never been able to ride a rollercoaster with his family in the last 13 yrs because of weight restrictions. He finally achieves that goal. Bone was 386 last week with a target of 3 lbs. He is 381. He has lost 5lbs. Dr. Ian asks Bone what he hopes to achieve after the show. Bone wants to go down to 300 and then see what happens at that point. BC has lost a total of 43lbs and has beat Phil M's record of 41lbs. 4. Nick was 160 last week and is 160 this week. He admits he cheated and had a burger. And some pizza. And some mac and cheese. Dr. Ian says well at least he maintained. 5. Erika was 132 las week and had a target of 2 lbs. She is 130lbs. She has lost 22lbs or 14.5 % of her bodyweight. We see a clip of her working out with a Champion Ultimate Fighter. Wow, if she works out that hard every day I am surprised she is not loosing more wieght. 6. Ted was 167 last week and had a target of 2lbs. He is 164 and has lost 3lbs. Ted has reached his goal of 25lbs in 72 days. Dr. Ian asks him where does he want to go from here. Ted says it is important that he maintain the weight loss and that he wants to scuplt/refine what he has. 7. Vinnie was 254 and is now 255. He has gained 1 lb. He says that he is hungry at 9 and 10pm when he goes to bed so he is eating a whole box or cereal etc... Dr. Ian says that he is not eating frequently enough (every 3 hours) and not eating enough at those meals, that is why he is hungry and late night eating. Dr. Ian also asks Vinnie what he wants to see happen as far as his weight goes. Vinnie wants to reach 240 and then go from there. 8. Carnie was 173 last week and is 172 this week. She has lost 1lb. She is frustrated because she is not losing more. The judges have a surprise for her next week. Only 2 more weightins left. What will happen in 4 weeks (28 days)? It would be nice to see Angie, Vinnie, Nick and Carnie get back on track and loose some more wieght.
