Yep I've seen the first episode but not the first after-show episode yet. Sebastian seems like a cool guy and he cracks me up. Nugent is used to running the roost, so it's good to see him try to deal with dissent. I loved everyone's reaction to the crazily decorated mansion. Too bad that the project was only 12 days? I wish they would have been together at least a month. Anyway, it looks like it will be a good series, and I'll be DVR'ing both the show and the aftershows.

Yeah, Sebastian and Ted are a hoot, each in his own individual way ...... I wasn't familiar with Sebastian Bach before this show. However, VH1 did air a special, "I Married Sebastian Bach" the other day. And, I thought it was very interesting, as it showed how he met his wife, interviews with him and/both him and his wife, and scenes from their home life. That guy's a live wire, so much energy! He cracks me up, too...

Then, there's "Wildman" Ted... Lord, I remember first hearing his music in the '60's as a kid, when it all about Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes, singing/playing "Journey to the Center of Your Mind" on the radio. That was a kick-a** rock song, for its time, although some classified it as "psychedelic". Yeah, I'm dating myself

Ted's a hoot, though, now in this house, in this "Supergroup", taking on the "O.G."/fatherly role. On tonight's ep, it was funny, to me, when he took the guys to this local outdoors "superstore", and tried to teach them how to use bows and arrows for hunting. Then, at some point, up early one morning in the house, Ted plays (and rocks) the National Anthem on guitar to wake everyone else up...hee! I also find it interesting how Scott Ian is in awe of Ted, especially as shown on tonight's ep. Yeah, Ted is a nut, in some ways. But, for some reason(s), I like Ted, and find him to be fascinating.

Considering the other interesting and strong personalities, as well as the egos, of the other band members in the house (especially Evan), I think that "Supergroup" will be very entertaining, and, so far, I like this show. As you said, though, it's too bad that the guys only have 12 days to get it together ...

I've got this on tape--saw last week's, the first one, and it was pretty good. Speaking of Evan's huge ego, I noticed it too and have a question. Was the group he is/was in all that popular, because I had never heard of it. Or am I once more too old to know what's cool these days?

I've been watching this show and like it too although Ted, Evan and especially Sebastian tend to get on my nerves at different times. Especially Sebastian. I think if I had to live with him I might go insane. He seems to think that everything that comes out of his mouth is either funny, profound or both and I usually don't find it either. One of my favorite times in the show is when Evan tries to sing. I do get a kick out of that. Ian and Jason are deifinitely my favorites in the band. Maybe that's becuase they're so much quieter than the other 3. I feel bad for the manager, stylists etc. who have to try and work with these guys to get them to see things their way. Having said all that, I do think it's a pretty entertaining show. Thanks

I'm hoping-- wishing--praying--that these guys are posturing like mad for the camera. If not, gee, I feel kinda sorry for them.

Can't say as I like their brilliant (and so profound) new "kick-a**" song so far.

I had tivo'ed a couple of episodes and finally watched them today.

I LOVED it. I'm a huge Ted Nugent fan, so I love watching him, lunatic that he is, and it's so CUTE how enthralled Scott is with Ted.

Sebastian is a nutcase. He's stuck in the hair band days.

Evan is something else. He had a small part in the HBO series "OZ", and in one episode he was NAKEY, and it was SCARY!

Jason seemed quite sensible in comparison to Sebastian and Evan, and I have always thought Scott Ian was interesting.

    But that song? TERRIBLE.

Ted Nugent--gak. My fav moment so far in this whole loony piece is a moment when Sebastian is on one of his manic-narcissistico-rantathons, waving his arms all over the place, staging a phantasy rock-concert-to-himself, during some group session with everyone sitting there waiting for him to blow a fuse.

There's a shot of Nugent with a mug of coffee, so pissed off, because he's stuck with someone he can't shut down. He looks so bummed that he isn't the most alpha-male testosterone-soaked super-dude du jour-- Poor baby. LOL.

I wasn't planning to watch this show, but ran across the premiere and it got me kinda hooked (I gotta stop watching those premieres!).

    Ted Nugent and John Bonham
These two are "before my time". Ted cracks me up. John seems like the most sane person in the house.

    Evan Seinfeld
Hmmmm. Not too sure about that porn connection of his and I'm not familiar with his group Biohazard - I may have to go look them up...

    Scott Ian
I was never really a fan of "thrash metal" so never got into Anthrax, but I have run across him a lot on other VH1 shows and have always thought he was very amiable. I thought his reaction to being in the house with Ted Nugent was really funny.

    Sebastian Bach
This one is totally in my scope of reference. I was a HUGE Skid Row fan in my sophmore year of high school and I was in luuuuuuuuv with Sebastian Fortunately I am not nearly as fan-girly now I have to say that I am a little sad that he seems so stuck in the late-80s/early-90s hair-band mode. The manager guy was right that the first track they came up with had an out-dated sound to it. I really hope they pull it together and come up with something original and modern. I would really like to hear them put together something great!
