Just shopping on the Agent Provocateur website, and this weeks photoshoot could TOTALLY be an advert for Agent P. It'd be really hot, and it's actually totally their style!

My opinion on all remaining girls is that though I like Tia's personality and eyes, she has wide hips and a weird mouth.....Tara's face is super bland and seems to love dancing more than modelling (plus I can't stand her nasally voice).....Sinead is pretty but on the small side and I think will do better as a spokesmodel......Cori's look is uncommon (her eyes remind me of Pamela Anderson) but she's so green that its hard to say how successful she could be, plus I remember that Miss Jay liked her the best so that might be why Jay Manuel is going easy on her.

oh by the way on facebook Cori is furious, she's apparently REALLY mad at Tia because she had no idea Tia was making fun of her and doing those impressions of her. She also said when she went to go-sees with Tara she complained so much because she couldn't think of anything else to say to her because Tara wouldn't talk and the silence was awkward as they were together all day but Tara barely said a word to her.

One point I wanted to raise is that I don't really think Cori's being "fake" by putting on her best face in front of the judges and photographers etc.

One, I think it's out of a sign of respect for her elders. She's more casual and frank in the way she speaks with the other girls in the house becasue they're her age and on her level. Just like the way you talk with your cousins is not necessarily the way you'd speak to your grandparents. By virtue of their age and their position as mentors/teachers/judges I think that she's just speaking to them in a more respectful and well presented manner.

Two, if you want to be a success in the industry, you do have to have a 'game face' to a certain extent. Even as ANTM has taught us, you might be asked to do a large number of things and shoots and it's your job as a model to smile, look pretty and not complain. Complain back at home to your momma's and your friends. Which is exactly what Cori is doing. A model may hate the clothes she's asked to wear or her make up or hair, but to the client she should not complain but be respectful and in a way "know her place." Cori is being polite and complicent when eating foods she doesn't like for the benefit of Nigel or putting on a happy face for Nole and Jay because that's what she should do as a model, and save the complaints for her "friends" in her private time (she assumed the other girls were her friends but they aren't acting very friendly by calling her fake to the other judges).

And three, Cori's being a smart competator. Do you think you're going to win CNTM by coming into judging and being like "Ewww Nigel the restaurant you took us to was gross. I hated it. Jay this photoshoot sucked, I hated my dress, my hair was stupid" etc.? Not likely. You want to win points in the judges eyes then a certain amount of sucking up is in order. This is also the case in the modeling world at large. When a model goes out for a Chanel casting, she should act like Chanel is her favourite brand and that it would be the biggest honour to be in that show. Auditioning for a commerical for a brand of soup? Mmmmmm you just LOVE this soup, you can't wait to eat it on set all day! *FLASH big toothy smile* ...and then run and puke it up backstage because it's actually the grossest stuff ever.

So yeah I don't really think calling Cori fake is fair of the other girls, as persons who are sort of her friends and her colleagues they are on her level and in turn privy to a side of her she, rightfully, hides from the judges. What was Tyra's advice for Melrose after their very first photoshoot? "If you're a bitch... hide it" and in a way, that's all Cori is doing, hiding the bitching and complaining from those who have the power to make or break her career (at least in terms of this show) if she brought that to panel.


Oh, also, when Cori said she likes "American food" she means like Americanized or western food. There's really no difference between American and Canadian food. It's all western cuisine.

I still loved Cori's complaining! I thought it was really funny, not annoying at all! If I had been Tara I would have been laughing and loving Cori! I still DONT like Cori as a model, but I love her complaining!

You're right funky, when I'm walking with someone I don't like I usually complain about thing lol, Sometimes I have to go to school with a girl friend of mine, And since we have anything to say I just say how I want to stay in bed instead of go to school, and about the horrible teacher etc LOL

And I'm watching the latest episode and Cori's face when she was the asian food was so funny LOL

I see what your saying but at least with Melrose she was bubbly like that ALL the time. With Cori it almost seems like she's bubbly in front of the judges and then in front of the other girls she completely changes. I do understand the game face thing though, but I don't like the extent that Cori takes it to when she does it.
