He didn't seem that eager to defend himself against being the one to spread the rumour. Is that because he doesn't care about what Lauren and whoever thinks or is it because he knows it was him and he has no defense? I still find Lauren self-centred. Her whole apology to Audrina was mostly about she herself had had such a tough year last year. ![]()

Yeah she's dating an a*hole but so did LC. LC, I think, seemed to be hoping that her and Jason could possible get back together. Which brings up another point...how can LC give Jason, her boyfriend who treated her like crap, another chance? But can't look past Heidi's crap (let pretend the sex tape rumor didn't exist). I like LC but I don't understand her at times. She seems to be able to forgive guys more than girls. Brody was just as wrong as Jen Bunney was, yet her and Brody are best buddies now. Jason, who she has said many times treated her like crap, and her are now friends. Yet if a girl 'betrays' her than she can't forgive?? I don't know, maybe Heidi was involved in the rumor and if so that is unforgivable...but Heidi seems like too much of a dipsh*t to even be able to think of a rumor like that. | |

| Re: The Hills I guess for me it's all the High School BS. I find Heidi to be wildly immature in some of her actions. She was CONSTANTLY blowing everyone off for Spencer. I remember an episode where Heidi called Lauren and asked her to go out to dinner. Lauren was all excited to get to spend time with her BFF and raced home to get ready. Heidi comes home and is all "oops, sorry I cant go" Lauren ended up calling and going out with Audrina instead. Then there is the whole "Jen go after Brody" thing. I am sure Lauren has seen the tapes now and knows for a FACT Heidi is a liar. Heidi claimed to never have instigated that and SHE DID. Not that Bunny is innocent in all that, but she wasn't really falling all over him at first, Heidi was soooo egging her on. Heidi made her choices, and I dont blame LC one bit for telling her to eff off. I would have done the exact smae thing.

| Re: The Hills I think if Heidi broke it off with Spence and came crying to Lauren that Lauren would comfort and forgive (as she did with Jason, Jen, etc). However, Lauren cannot be friends with Heidi while Heidi is involved with Spence, who is a HUGE Lauren hater. Spence broke up with his long time best friend because Brody was seeing Lauren and Spence wanted to know if Jen was also Lauren's friend before he would let Heidi have breakfast with Jen. It's all about Spenser and his control over the dopey Heidi. |

| Re: The Hills I don't think it is fair that so many fault LC over her again friendship with Jason. You have to remember they go WAY back to childhood. There is a lot more to their lives together than just a summer beach house hook-up. I am sure that in real life Lauren never wanted to get back with Jason. I think her happiness about him is that he is working on getting his act together. There is a bond between them that will always be. |

I can't wait to see Heidi and Spencer fight next week. Maybe she will finally use her backbone and tell him where to stick it. Every time I see his poopeating grin I think of when he gave Heidi the ultimatum, live with me or get out of my car. What a controlling, manipulative jerk.

| Re: The Hills I also think if Heidi DID renew her friendship with Lauren that Spenser would give her another ultimatum "her or me*. He's a freaky kid with no morals and a lot of control issues....I still think he went after Heidi and had her move in with him just to stick it to Lauren. And Heidi is also his claim to fame...without her he would not be on TV (and magazines). When The Hills fades from our TV's, Speidi will break up and also fade away. I feel a bit sorry for Heid because I think she truly loves this weird dude. |

| Re: The Hills I don't think there's much chance of the friendship being renewed while Heidi remains with Spencer. Lauren's admits to being stubborn and I think her actions are partly to blame for Heidi digging her heels in and choosing Spencer. I wish we knew the full story behind their entire friendship. We did see Heidi being a good friend to Lauren while she was in the midst of being hurt repeatedly by Jason. I think it's a shame that someone as heinous as Spencer was able to come between them. I still don't think Heidi loves him as much as she claims. She's hitched her wagon to him and dropped or been dropped by most of her friends. He's all she's got at this point. The Bunny kissing Brody thing was ridiculous, imo. I'm sure the fact that Bunney also kissed Jason (according to Lauren) when she knew Lauren liked him contributed to Lauren being so angry with Jen. It just seemed rather a silly thing to get so het up about and not worth losing a friendship over. Lauren must have valued Jen's friendship at one point or why allow her to drive a wedge between her and Lo? It all seems so complicated and overly-dramatic to me...and yet I keep on watching ![]()
