I don't know. She did seem to just pull that our of her behind but weren't Brody and Spencer still friends at that point? Maybe she did not say anything before because of that.

I would be angry too if I were her. One day Heidi will wake up and see Spencer for what he really is. She'll start to resent him for isolating her from her friends...although I would think after watching last season she would have seen that already. But for some it take a lot to get them to see what's really going on.

If I were Heidi I would be upset that Jen and LC were 'making up'...in my opinion what Jen did was worse (assuming that Heidi really had nothing to do with the rumor and truly believe Spencer did not spread it). Not only did Jen make a move on a guy that LC (her friend at the time) liked, and I thought was casually dating, but it was not the only time she had done that. You just don't do that to friends.

LC believes that Heidi has first hand knowledge that Spencer was the creator of the rumors, so I dont blame her for not wanting to talk to Heidi. Heidi will just stick up for Spence anyway. But after last night, it is clear Heidi didn't really believe it, though she may now.

All in all, LC has crappy friends. If all these people have 'first hand' knowledge, they're trying to save their own behinds and no one but Lauren is on her side. I just don't believe that Heidi is as innocent as she's trying to protect herself, which in a way i can throw at Brody as well because if he knew who was behind it and he's so called buddies buddies with LC then why not let her know? Disingenuous friends can make great enemies. Frenemies. Oh well.

Spencer did it plain and simple. He can't even lie with a straight face. I think I also saw a bit of a blush on his face too, He was caught red-handed but Heidi will just ignore it. Brody looked LC in the eyes when he told her that it was Speidi that did it. He either a really good liar or he's probably telling the truth IMO. What was that book Spencer was reading at the end? It looked like "Intellegence for Dummies" or something!

I didn't forget that..... Jen and Heidi were both wrong in that whole thing.

My point is Jen has 'betrayed' LC a few times (she made reference of it when her and Jen had their little talk in the last season)...in a way that I could never trust girlfriend who did that to me again. So I don't really understand why she is giving Jen, yet, another chance.

Heidi, really is just a dimwit who got involved with a bad guy, just like LC did with Jason....and while Jason wasn't telling LC to stop being friends with Heidi, LC should be a little understanding about it all. Of course, Heidi is not making herself look good by stooping to Spencers level. I really do not believe Heidi had anything to do with the rumor and I do believe she is completely clueless to the fact that Spencer started it.

I guess I disagree. I would never talk to Heidi again. I guess that's just me. And I don't think LC has "forgiven" Jen, I think she just accepted her apology, but I don't think they will end up hanging out together.

And I think there is a BIG difference between a friend of a friend hitting on a guy you like (VERY highschool), and telling the media you have made a sex tape (VERY Paris/Pamela) with an ex that is now all over the news for getting arrested for drugs and drinking.

I think I remember this conversation. I think she said that Jen had hit (or even hooked up with) Jason when he and Lauren first started dating during Laguna Beach 2.
