I've been watching this show lately since there have been quite a few marathons of it on. I like it a lot but Spencer and Heidi are definitely getting on my nerves. She mentioned once to LC how she wasn't going to let Jason hurt her again since she was her best friend, yet she herself has gone back to Spencer so many times, let alone give herself to him by having sex within the few months that they have been dating.

A few months? I doubt Heidi held out that long and with a guy like spencer it seems it would be a give it up or get out type of situation.

I watched a few minutes of the 10 best Hills moments and I have to say it was pretty cheesy. Lauren should stick to reality tv and not so much reading off a script....

I am curious to see how this season will play out since Heidi and LC are not friends, but are both back. I wonder if it will be two separate story lines or we will just see a bunch of awkward encounters.

Heidi and Spencer would not even be known if LC hadn't signed on to do The Hills, so I think they should be more respectful of her.

For those who get MTV Canada, there'll be 2 1/2 hours of the Hills tonigh. Starting with the Best 10 Hills moments, the season premiere, then the aftershow.

I think it will be mostly seperate though there is supposed to be a "showdown" at some club (as per countless previews). And I think Heidi might interact a bit with Whitney and Audrina. I seem to recall reading this somewhere.
Heidi and Spencer said they would do more reality tv in the future but they didn't want to do another season (after this one) of Lauren's show (that's how they referred to it: Lauren's show. They seemed to think they were doing her a favour by deigning to appear on it this year, or at least that is the impression they gave). Good riddance, I say.

In the US (or rather, in souther california, since i'm only sure of the market i live in...) we get the 10 best moments, and then two brand new hills show back to back.

why does Heidi ring looked like it came from Claires. Also the store he bought it from didn't even look like a real jewelry store.

It does look really cheap. It's a terrible ring. I didn't like it at all.

What a great two episodes! And on the aftershow, they said that they're airing in the states now too!! Yay, all my American friends can appreciate the aftershow goodness !

Heidi serves no purpose there, not for drama not for constantly being a thorn in Lauren's side. Seriously, it's your show! Get her out! I think she has enough power to do that, i just think the producers are thinking rama=ratings. Lauren doesnt need Heidi for a good show.
