Yup. Her friends told her what he was up to and she witnessed it first hand with the Playboy models. In the finale, she even looked like she knew she was making a mistake...but she moved in with him anyway. Also, I would never be with a man if he treated my best friend like dirt. They don't have to like each other, but I wouldn't put up with bad mouthing either. Lauren is rough on him, but he is 10 times worse to her.

That's what I really don't understand. Heidi made such a big deal about how she has random people coming up to her to telling her Spencer's a player. It's so foolish for her to think he's honest and committed. I think I'm more surprised that she's still with him and they're not done after the show's over. But you gotta wonder how much of it is because of Heidi's stubborn streak and to stick it to Lauren for not accepting the relationship. But ugh, their interview together made me nauseous.

Thanks Angel! One thing that stood out to me about the interview that I think was true was the whole when did he become her boyfriend. I do believe that they were probably flirting and hanging out first before it became official, but MTV has ID'd first dates as boyfriends on LB, so I am not surprised to hear that a lot of the drama about his being a player was before the relationship started.

I hope he is not and that they are happy together.

I did get that impression too, but it also came across hot snotty and egotistical he was. But I'm biased and pre-disposed to hate anything he does or says.

Someone who claims to have went to high school with him, describes him as a "tool."

Usually people go online to defend their former classmates.

Read his response about having his own blog. He's still obsessed with beating Lauren at something.

There was this picture of them in US Weekly recently, where he was doing pushups on the beach while she was sitting on his back with her new balloon boobs. It was so obnoxious. I can't stand him and her absolute stubborn will to have him be some guy he obviously is not, makes me not like her. I was at this point with LC and Jason. Thank god she had the smarts to get out of that one, even it was a little late.
I just hope The Hills does not follow LB into the MTV vaults of history.

I saw that picture, too.

In every interview Heidi is so insistent that all her friends are supportive of her relationship. Yet Lauren isn't, her co-workers roll their eyes at the mere mention of Spencer..she's got serious blinders on. Whatever.
They're currently filming the third season of The Hills.
