I'm a few epsiodes behind you guys up in Canada by the sound of it, but it seems to me that Heidi is using Spencer every bit as much as he's using her.
Not that that makes the situation any better of course.
Heidi would not be getting her album produced by David Foster if it weren't for the Spencer connection, imo.
They're mutually leaching off each other and fully deserve one another.
Time for Lauren to 'take out the trash' and put her effort into her friendship with Whitney and Audrina, both of whom seems far more worthy of anyone's time that Heidi and Jen.

I agree, Lauren should just forget about Heidi and Jen for now. If they are true friends, they will come to her. Otherwise, she saved herself future drama.

Lauren is so mature compared to Heidi. Heidi is young in that she just moves from relationship to relationship and jumps into them heart first. Does she have any requirements? Smart girls date only to find out compatibility. Then, they can move on to relationships when they make sure that both person's goals and morals are the same. It seems like Heidi has been brainwashed and she wont be the same until she gets her heart broken. Then MAYBE she can reevaluate her situation and not settle anymore. On the other hand, she could just stay the same and create a pattern. Lauren is smarter with relationships now. My friend pointed out a Bible verse to me that I use: Above all else, guard your heart for it is the wellspring of life" Proverbs 4:23. Obviously Heidi doesn't respect herself or her own heart because she lets anyone in it.

What's worse is that based on the articles that have come out recently, it seems she is STILL with Spencer! He must be really good in areas that we don't see on TV.

I saw the episode where Heidi was supposed to visit her mother but missed the plane and turned up at the Club to find Spencer with a bunch of over-peroxided nude models.
Why did she even bother to speak to him/ Why did she even bother to go wout with him after that?
Perhaps becasue he can speak to his best friends Grammy-winning father and get him to produce what will no doubt be the crappiest cd since Paris Hilton picked up a mic?

Why she'd want anything to do with him after he confronted Max becasue he commented on her attire is beyond me.
That whole scene was so embarassing.
I wanted Max to dig him right in the chin.

Yeah Heidi and Spencer both seem to be feeding off of each other's desire for fame. It's pretty sickening to watch. The way they both practically tried to force Jen and Brody was so see-through. It seemed all a part of their plan to maintain and increase their "fame" by being a super foursome.

I saw the previews for the next episode. That's terrible how Heidi and Lauren make plans. Lauren has to put off a hot date for the night and Heidi doesn't even show up b/c she's out at the movies with Spenser (the dummy).
