I was kinda pissed off at Lauren for not being mad at Brody though. She blamed basically everyone(rightfully so) besides Brody.

I think she's realized by now that he was in it for the tv time. I believe she spoke with Ted Casablancas about that article of his. Serve's him right.

You're right. But maybe they just don't air the footage of her getting mad at Brody.

I think some people, especially females, seem to blame the 3rd party more as a immediate response before dealing with the guy himself. I see this so often that I'm starting to think its a natural response. However, this one is also slightly different in the sense that the 3rd party is her best friend since childhood. That has got to hurt.

This episode was great and Heidi continues to look more and more pathetic. "Brainwashed" is the perfect word to describe her at this pt.

that Lauren shows some BACKBONE!! I always wish they could ask the producers or editors if they could peek at footage from the night before or whatnot. That way, they would know EXACTLY what went down! Oh well, guess that wouldn't be "real enough" Haha. Anyways, was proud of Lauren for standing up for herself AND standing her ground as far as Spencer!

I have had "friends" like Heidi before.....get rid of her ASAP!! They are toxic, and you are always suspicious of their motives.
Spencer literally makes me feel like I need to shower everytime I see him on TV. I think I would bath myself in bleach if I was unfortunate enough to meet him in person. His disgustingness rubs off on Brody

Poor Lauren, I can't believe how bad her "friends" dogged her. Heidi straight out lied about the whole thing, HELLO.....you are being filmed. Spencer and Brody are just attention whores, only using Heidi and Lauren to be on TV.

Nice selective memory Heidi. You and your troll boyfriend freakin' told Jen to go for Brody because it was her "birthday" and Lauren won't get mad. What a backstabbing skank. If she and Jen didn't think it was a big deal for Jen to date Brody, they wouldn't be sneaking around discussing it. You don't sneak around if you have nothing to hide. Spencer's scheming ways are as obvious as his low self-esteem. Ugh then the four of them snuck off from Jen's bday party without even telling the rest of her guests. SelfFISH!

I have never seen Lauren emote so much in all her episodes on TV. She dances, she gets buzzed, she laughs, she YELLS. Wow, I was so with her on this. However, I will agree with those who think that she is a little needy, I am again going to blame that on age (and inevitably someone will provide anecdotal evidence that age is not the culprit). But, these girls are at an age where they are getting in their first adult relationships and still growing as people and friends. I'm sure it hurt Lauren a lot and took her by surprise that her best friend suddenly became less available to her. It sucks, I've been there. But, it's not Heidi's fault she's all up on her boyfriend's jock, she's in the honeymoon phase. Heidi has to learn that her world needn't revolve around her bf and Lauren needs to learn how to stand on her own two feet.

I know! It makes me love her more.
So far Whitney and Audrina, while not the most exciting gals, have displayed more loyalty and strong moral codes than anyone else on this show. I hope Lauren hangs out with them more- they're way nicer! I loved Whitney's reaction to Lauren's story about Jen and Brody.

I like the fact that since she now knows that he's a fame wh@re, that they've pretty much fast fowarded and didn't show them date for the month that they did.

It's funny that Brody is saying the same exact things to Jen that he said to Lauren. I wonder if he is actually trying to see how many girls from Laguna he can really hook up with.
