Ugh, I hated that medallions he put on the head and footboards of the bed.
I don't ever want a cup of coffee at Villa Frank if he thinks the walls of the room are what coffee should look like.
He made it... more monotone and bland than before. Good job! Not. But I do have to say he couldnt do much with the furniture, as it was huuuuuuge and filled up half the room.
His best bet wasn't to make yet another huge piece i.e. the coffee bar imo.
I feel sure that some of the other designers would have tried to make a new bed frame as the current bed completely dominated the room.
Just a bit.
It was pretty nice though. I would have done a log-cabin type thing, instead of a "hotel" feel like he was going for.
Yeah, so many hotel rooms have a big ass wooden bed in them.
Hotel style is clean lines, white linens, white metals and medium to dark woods.
Not the biggest, palest, wooden bed in the history of big, pale, wooden beds with some stupid diamond shape prissy wooden painted thing attached.
Hehe. Exactly. Plus, if you spend all your time in hotels, trust me, you dont want your bedroom to look like one.
