PS: checked the online TV Guide and you are right A&E changed the time to 12 noon and is not repeating the episodes. Very dissappointing that.

Re: Flip this House - on A&E I guess I didn't miss it after all. I just watched it and I have to say that I was disappointed in it. I had seen Rudy when he was profiled on Flip That House (the 30 minute edition) and I really liked him. On this show he came off as arrogant and kinda Assmando'ish. If you know what I mean. He yelled at the workers quite a bit, made bad decisions, blamed everything on everyone else, etc.

Re: Flip this House - on A&E I just watched it and to be honest didn't find him anything like Armando. Yes he was demanding but he wasn't arrogant and unwatchable. And he did own up to his mistakes but tended to point out others mistakes repeatedly to the point of enough already! Overall it was alright. Def a step up from Armando. What I find interesting is the prices they put on the finished product. He bought the house for 270,000 (I think), his total costs were 329,000 and he sold it for 405,000. It was tiny and not worth 4-- anything in my opinion. Amazing how location can add or subtract zero's to real estate.

Re: Flip this House - on A&E First, and most importantly, I need to know is if the amazingly hot guys are back.. I think you all know who I mean (boys from conn). -Also, was armando sued into oblivion? Finally, I thought team trademark (especially annoying Ginger who takes her dog to dangerous construction sites (I would never take my little one, Sebastian puppy, to a jobsite!)) was a bit obnoxious and I can throw it out there that I have relatives in charleston and I can't go into too much detail but they know richard and implied (they are nice (too nice!) people and wouldnt outright SAY) that he is pretty arrogant.

Re: Flip this House - on A&E Best part of today's show? Assmando taking a dive into the moldy, green pool.... and then throwing up Priceless.... Couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy.
