While I agree with all of the above posters, I try not to think of the seamy side of the girls and their lifestyles.

Yes, this is how I watch it and why it's entertaining. Once you realize the truth behind the facade of their 'lives', it's easy enough to then just understand that in the back of your mind and watch the show for the simple fascination. This isn't one of the reality type shows where there's a lot of controversy about what we really might be seeing, and where there are lots of nuances, drama, and things that could be taken more than one way. It's a one-dimensional show that goes by quickly enough and is a nice light mindless way to be entertained without having to think too much about the content.

I don't think it's obvious that the girls are using Hef. Especially Holly. I also want to point out that Bridget is adaqmant that her breasts are natural and is really bothered when she's told otherwise. Since I have a similar build (note, not similar figure) I believe her.

I don't get why people seem to watch the show just to point fingers and laugh. Their lives, their choices. Not really any of my business.

Thats a lot of money to most people but considering how many billionaires there are nowadays it's really not that much.... the media reports say that Britney Spears has more than that with over 100 million.... compared to a lot of Hollywood etc... Hefner is not that rich.


And when you consider that he has a wife and 2 small kids... plus his older kids.... 40 - 90 million won't go that far split between people who are used to a very luxurious lifestyle.
I think he is staying married to his wife to safeguard his younger sons will have a decent inheritance.

Now he just needs to make sure he doesnt get Holly pregnant...

I doubt it could be any more obvious that all three girls are using Hef. In various ways, all three have admitted it at different points in their rise thru the girlfriend heirarchy. And I won't repeat all that's been written extensively about it already, here and in published books and articles, but that the girls do use Hef and that he uses them is without question, without a doubt in the world.

As for why people might watch the show or why it's "none of my business".... Well, if people only watched tv shows that were their business, then the world would only be watching news and weathers shows, nothing else... so we all watch tv shows that are "none of our business" Especially anyone who watches reality tv. And thank goodness for the networks, since that's precisely what they're hoping for.

The show is great...but i am truly saddened to hear that their lives are really that bad behind closed doors...lol the whole Holly/Bridget/Kendra not liking each other, the whole orgy nights, everything... lol... im really shocked, not so shocked that Holly and Kendra dont like each other...but shocked about everything else! lol

I agree with you 100% Nemeses... when they decided to do a PUBLIC tv show about their PRIVATE lives they made it everyones business and it's fair game for comment... if they wanted privacy and if they didnt want people talking about them and their lifestyle they shouldnt have invited the cameras in.

They can't expect that everyone will sit back and say.. "how sweet" "wow they're so pretty" etc etc... you have to take the good with the bad... and when your lifestyle is as controversial as theirs you would be insane to think that all the feed back will be complimentary.

Getting the background info on the "girls" is great. It just reveals how fake this whole setup is and what a creepy old dude Hef is. By the way, did you notice that all of Hef's friends are also creepy old dudes (including his loser brother)? I'm sure that part of the girls' duties is to be "friendly" to them. YECH!

So we know that Bridget has a hubby somewhere and Kendra was a stripper. And we know that Holly had major face work done. She looks really good now -- she was not especially attractive before the surgery. I'd love to hear more juicy stuff about them -- especially about Holly. She seems soooo tightly wound -- you know she's hiding something really, really big. Maybe she was a man? Wouldn't that be great?
