I'm thinking crazy lady was a setup but it was still funny.. If I were Kathy's assistant I would never quit.
Wondering how old Bette is. I'm just glad d-list is back on.

I am glad Kathy is back. But an entire hour with Bette? It was a bit much, IMO. I'm looking forward to seeing her with Paula Deen! That should be hilarious.
Don't know, but she looks - dare I say it - divine! Both she and Kathy really work out.Originally Posted by livin4reality;3490799;
Was just talking with hubby about how old Kathy looks without her hair and makeup compared to her former Suddenly Susan castmate Nestor Carbonel, the ageless "guyliner" guy from Lost. He pretty much didn't age - what great casting! What great genes! Kathy's mom is still very pretty for her age, speaking of genes. Kathy still looks something like her mom even with the surgery.
I just love KG!!! I laughed through that whole show last night!!! AND Bette does look fantastic!!! I am so glad D-List is back on and MAYBE will go for a
3rd Emmy!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
[QUOTE=livin4reality;3490799;]Wondering how old Bette is.
She was born in Dec. 1945, so she will be 64 in December.
She does look Divine!
I can't believe how much energy Bette still has, also how much time she gave to Kathy! It was almost the whole episode!
Good start to another season, and I like the change in direction: Kathy chats with bigger celebs asking for A-List advice. I think she has gone to the well too many times trying to do goofy D-List things that don't seem scripted, and to be honest, her assistants really aren't as interesting as she made them look last year.![]()
Can't wait for Lily Tomlin!
"Whatever you are, be a good one." – Abraham Lincoln
So many funny things about the latest episode (and I must be the last person on the planet to know that Lily Tomlin is gay!). I loved the cold calls to Wynonna Judd ("sorry, there can only be one redhead to win a Grammy"), Charo, Little Richard, etc. Maggie had me rolling with her calls.
Oh, and her call to Jane Fonda was hilarious. The first thing Jane says to her is "watch your mouth". Liza seemed much happier to talk to her.
Does anyone know the real scoop on Jessica leaving the show? I know there were rumors floating last year that she quit because she was unhappy with Kathy about something but Kathy was surprisingly tight-lipped on the departure.
Have you done your Green deed for the day?

Worst kept secret ever, but I didn't realize Lily was out. Guess so.![]()
I never knew it as a fact....but always figured she was.
There is something about Kathi's humor that just makes me laugh out loud. The last eppy was a hoot!

I must be living under a rock here. I didn't know either!
