    Actually it's Symon.

He initially filmed 10 episodes he said during a Plain Dealer interview when he won TNIC. But when & how TPTB place them is anyone's game. He's also taking over another FN show and of course he's got Lola & Lolita's to manage.

He's taking over Dinner: Impossible (which is going from a half-hour to hour format) after Robert Irvine got fired,

Really? I will stop watching Dinner: Impossible then. Michael Symon is okay, but Robert Irvine *is* Dinner: Impossible. He is so fun to watch, and he is incredibly hot, although he is somewhat of a butterface. I don't care if he is a big fat liar, we love his show.
It really irks me how they dub in Morimoto's voice on ICA. If they are so sure we can't understand him, provide subtitles instead. They subtitled him on The Next Food Network star, and I personally didn't think they even needed to. I think Paula Deen is more in need of dubbing.

I've heard him talk. I understand him just fine. I think it is a gimmick.

Perhaps it is. You mean to make it like the original IC?

Yeah. They take what they did for the original (where they dubbed everyone) and continue it over with this character on the American show.

excuse me if i missed this - but when did Robert Irvine get fired? they just featured him on the Next Food Network Star show as having the dinner impossible gig.
