    Brat Camp (ABC Family)

I watched this last night, and I found it both disturbing and intriguing. Is anyone else watching it?

We watched it and were strangely captivated. The kids were bratty and annoying--why is whining in a British accent even more annoying than just plain whining?--and they certainly need a reality check. We were totally thinking that the nature cookies running the camp with their contrived spirit names could use a swift kick in the pants, but they admittedly were very calm , patient and firm with the brats. We are looking forward to next week.

I set my reminder on the boob tube to watch this, but ended up watching something else instead.

I guess next time, I'll have to watch it. Sounds interesting.

A very good show that aired here in the UK last year - a second series is set to air later this year.

Some of the kids are alot more annoying than others - but without spoiling the conclusion, it's very interesting following their journey.

Hopefully C4 will also air some kind of update on the first series as well.

Caught the second episode last nite. I must say Fran is a brat and I think the counselors have a lot of patience, I personally was thinking a kick in the butt and abandoning her in the desert would have been good for her. She needs to be careful if the counselors leave the other kids may attack her just for being a bitch. I really feel sorry for Fran and Rachel's mom's they both look so worn out and tired and probably older than their real ages. Single mom's probably in a low paying job trying to be both mom and dad and then there kids are acting up.

I think the mom's might benefit from a little counseling while their children are away as how to deal with the problems are happening.

This show and this format look SOOOOO Familiar to me.. I'm guessing I must have seen some kind of documentary or 60 Minutes type show about this company that takes these kids out into the wilderness.

This is a show that we definitely need follow up on to see how the kids are doing after the program has ended.
