I figured out what drives me crazy about this show--the outer beauty is one man's vision of beauty. It's like having all of the paintings in a museum painted by the same artist.

I'm no diet guru, but isn't 1200/cals a day a bit dangerous?? I know she had (erica) excess weight on her, but I once read in order to help you lose your weight you need to eat EXTRA calories. I"m sorry, but it's ridiculous. I think it's completely dangerous.

I didn't see anything wrong with Christina's nose that it needed to be changed, I actually liked it before-hand.

I'm all for the makeovers but is it really necessary to have, you know, 17 cosmetic procedures? Some of these people only need two or three things. I love the show, but sometimes they come out looking like Michael Jackson
