That doctor is so conceited it's ridiculous. I don't know how his wife can stand him. She seems lonely and sick of doing everything with the kid and around the house herself (plus she's pregnant!). Nice guy. :rolleyes

The girl who had the terrible boob job... ended up with them looking normal. When they showed the pictures of what she looked like after her last surgery... from the Dentist turn boob doctor... I nearly fainted. She had that huge hole of rotting flesh right under her right boob. Dr. Rey was able to go in and repair it all. That girl is lucky her previous doctor had not killed her with that infection.

Just a thought... why would any one "bargin" shop plastic surgery? I saw a Dateline not too long ago with how women had bargin shop for the cheapest boob jobs. And of course all of them were butchered. One even had died. Of all things you do in life... never decide on a Doctor cause he is the cheapest!

The thing that sticks out to me with this show is they are not going for the gore. Nor are they selling as if all your problems are going to be cured with a body over haul.

I too have seen some horror stories about people bargain shopping for plastic surgeons and then spending additional thousands to get the blotched job fixed. It reminds you of that old adage " you get what you pay for".

I saw one couple on Oprah. After her pregnancy the husband really wanted his wife to have her old boobs back. (I thought his was incredibly selfish and a jerk) They did check around and found a bargain surgeon who did a boob lift in his office and basically ruined the woman's body. I felt for her but again the husband wanted it cause he wanted his wife perfect breasts back but what did he get.

You also need to be careful when you go down to Mexico. This lady went down there for a tummy tuck which went ok. But she woke up with a breast implants. When she asked the Doctor what happened he told her that he thought that she needed them and he thought that she would be happy with them. She of course was upset and said that she would not paid for something she did not ask for. He told her since it is Mexico he can have her arrested for non payment of services. She felt that she was being blackmailed. She paid and left. Later an infection set in an the ends of her breasts and they fell off. Brave soul that she is she posted her photos and they were bad very bad. She had open wounds at least 5 inches across on both breasts. Thankfully a real plastic surgeon heard about her story and offered to reconstruct her breast for free.

The fact that he workouts 6 days a week. Well that's what you are supposed to do. Join him working out. Exercise is a stress reliever and keeps your body in shape so you can function well under stress and handle everyday stuff. The fact that this doctor does follow through and exercises, well good for him cause he looks good. I know that the wife is a full time mom but really she can't set up the party table the night before. Kiddie chairs aren't that heavy. I know she is frustrated and she is whinning about her husband to do things. But it sounds more like a cry for more quality time. That I can understand. Maybe she needs to approach it a little differently. Men do have a tendency to ignore whinny wifes. Its in one ear and out the other.
Bearcata - I agree with you; I had thought the same thing.

I don't agree with you 2. If your husband was gone all day AND late in the night don't tell me everything would be peachy cream. She pregnant running after a toddler all day and you expect her to go excercize with him at 11pm at night. Give me a break. How about taking over and taking care of YOUR child? How about giving the wife a back rub and let her sit down for a moment? Something or somebody NEEDS to be revolved around her b/c it's not her husband. Yup it's funny how we perceive things differently. Although I think if they didn't have money, you wouldn't be calling her a whiner or spoiled.

I'm with you on this one, Exposed. Let's not forget she's also PREGNANT. He seems like he could care less in terms of helping her out a little.

And it was his daughter's birthday. That alone is selfish.

Just because you are pregnant does not mean you are handicapped and cannot fucntion. Unless his wife has a serious medical condition she should be able to function normally within the parameters set when you are pregnant.

Yes, pregnant ladies do excercise. I had an aerobics instructor and she taught class through both her pregnancies with modifications during the last trimester. I see pregnant ladies in my neighborhood walking their kids and dogs and running errands. Even my sis-in-law who was on complete bedrest with her last pregnancy telecommuted from the house.

My peeve is that many married ladies expect the courtship to continue throughout the marriage. Marriage is a partnership and its a job and some days you both have to slug through and do your stuff.

Also, traditinally doctors have horrible schedules. That is just a fact of their professional life and doctors wives have had to deal with it.

I had a quite a lot of surgery done by Dr. Rey and he really is devoted to his patients. I do feel bad for his wife though - but she should have known that doctors, especially surgeons have crazy schedules. His devotion paid off - I got perfect results!!
