reality tv channel

last year (2003) i was listening to a local radio station from where im from, and theres a part of the show called the showbiz file and the dj said there was going to be a reality tv channel in 2004 (now) and all ive seen so far was average joe 1 on gsn does any one know about reality tv channel?

I heard that it was going to come out in Jan. 2004 and then it got postponed and was supposed to come out next month. Not too sure if it's even coming out now.
