Second Season of "The Swan" announced

The Hit Television Series Searches For Women Seeking Life Transformations

The most popular makeover series in America is on the hunt for more ugly ducklings. Auditions for the second edition of the hit FOX series "THE SWAN" will soon be coming to a city near you. Exact locations and dates will be announced shortly. Producers have already received thousands of applications for the show that is changing women's lives.

The groundbreaking series turns average-looking women into drop-dead-gorgeous beauties. But THE SWAN goes beyond other makeover shows, offering women the incredible opportunity to undergo complete life transformations, as they accomplish their goals and bring their dreams to fruition.

Contestants are given access to every possible resource to bring about these radical transformations: plastic surgeons, a cosmetic and reconstructive dentist, a trainer, a nutritional plan, therapy and life coaching.

The series is especially dramatic because the contestants are not permitted to see themselves in a mirror during the three-month transformation process. Only the most beautiful and transformed women will be selected to compete in next season's Swan Pageant and further their chances of being crowned "The Swan" during a dazzling, suspense-filled season finale.

Producers are looking for female contestants, ages 21-45 (cities and dates to be announced). Videotaped submissions can be sent to 523 Victoria Avenue, Venice, CA 90291. For audition and submission information, log on to the website at www.swancasting.com or call 1-800-535-7936.

THE SWAN is produced by FremantleMedia North America and Galan Entertainment in association with A. Smith & Company Productions. Arthur Smith and Nely Galan serve as executive producers. Kent Weed is co-executive producer. The series was created by Nely Galan.

Woohoo! I know I'll be tuning in! Though I am surprised because the first couple of episodes only did 8 million viewers an episode, besides the first one.
