I just saw the first episode..it was Doug and Frank being Doug and Frank...but Handy Andy was fantastic...when he made fun of Doug's lack of drawings and the fact he hadn't ordered enough wood I can see why he is so popular......all of us wish more people would say what they think to Doug...

Couldn't agree with you more Fluff....I also think that Laurence will make a brilliant host for the new season of CR

Handy Andy is adorable! I love his accent! The rooms turned out okay. A little bright, but still good. I noticed that neither designer had a lot of difficult pieces for Andy to make. I wanted to see him do something hard!

I can't believe Frank left that hideous carpet and backsplash in that kitchen! :nono Sure, he painted the cabinets, and he put in a new countertop, but where did his $1000 go?

Doug's rooms are usually hit-or-miss for me, and this one was a hit. I liked it.

I liked it too lobeck, but I think he's done something very similar before, in a back porch I think. Is Doug running out of ideas?

I guess they're going to be using the American designers w/ the British carpenter and the British designers w/ one of the American carpenters?

I can't wait to see the American reaction to the British spin on things.

    Yes, I'm evil
