"Episode 103" - Follows the journeys of Michele, a 36-year-old single woman from Worcester, Massachusetts, and Kenna, a 45-year-old single mother and tennis coach from Amarillo, Texas, from their "before" phases, then as they undergo their various procedures and, finally, when the end results are revealed to their families and friends, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Michele and Kenna were given a truly Cinderella-like experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers.

A resident of Worcester, Massachusetts, Michele is a single woman who has often been mistaken for a man. She turned to "Extreme Makeover" to help her replace her tomboy image with that of a beautiful woman. Michele had rhinoplasty, fat removed from her cheeks, eye lift, brow lift, chin implant and her teeth whitened.

Michele's "Extreme Team" included:
