Just started watching this show 2 weeks ago. Like it.
Interesting to see peoples ideas on remodeling.
Didn't see the bathrrom or master bedroom shows.
I did watch the touch-up (or whatever it was called) show. The one where they get to compete for money to finish stuff in the projects that they didn't get finished the first time.
I may be the only one but I really didn't like what Rebecca did to the shower. She did put a lot of time and effort into getting those tiles on but it is a small shower and with the dark color of the tile I found it just looked like a cave.

I can hardly wait to see what they do with the kitchens though. What a mess right now as they all had wiring problems.

Well, I'm confused. Is next week kitchens or dining rooms? Are they just gonna skip the second week of kitchens?

I feel so bad for the couples! 2 weeks with no way to cook! Going out every night would get old, IMO. Although maybe the show pays for their meals.
ugh. I don't get time to watch TV anymore, much less hang out at the FORT.

But don't you worry, I'll be back in full force on or about November 3rd.

Wenders, I wasn't home Friday night so I taped the show. But I do believe that there were 2 back-to-back episodes and the second showed the judging of the kitchens. But I can't say if that is true for sure since I haven't watched the episodes yet (and probably won't get the chance until this weekend). Anyone else see the shows and maybe can help Wenders out?

They said it would take 2 days of electrical work on each house...so thats six days and maybe they won't work on weekends carrying into another week. This would make sense that they skip that room for another week and focus on something else. Not sure on this but it only makes sense.

There was no judging of kitchens. The second hour was "catch-up" week, where they could finish their bathrooms, bedrooms, yards, and living rooms.

They never showed them working on the kitchens in the 2nd episode. Mark kept talking about the HUGE electrical problems or semething.

At the end it said their next project was the foyer(sp).... but they didn't say whether or not they were going to show the kitchens. Not clear at all on this one.

Well, I checked the official TBS site. NO HELP! The last update they have on there is from the living room show. Geez.....you'd think a guy like Ted Turner could afford to pay his webmaster.

Well, that answers my uncertainty because I hadn't watched the episodes yet. A catch-up episode, huh? Can't wait to see it.

I understand your frustration Wenders. I went to the site before I posted the last time. I should have mentioned that there was nothing up there to save you some time. Hopefully our questions will be answered this Friday!

Clipse mentioned that Mark was talking about electrical work taking two days per house. Maybe that means that the producers are bringing in an electrician to help the couples out? Or do the couples have to do it themselves?

No, they are bringing in professionals to do the electrical work for them. Should get some plumbers in there too, the kitchens are gonna be amess by the time they are finished with them.

Well, looks like the mystery is solved. The will be finishing their kitchens next week.

So, that's 4 weeks with no working kitchen!! What are they eating???
