FOLLOW THE INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATIONS OF LORI, A WOMAN WHO'S WORN DISGUISES ALL HER LIFE TO HIDE HER FACE, AND PETER, A FAST-FOOD MANAGER WHO WANTS TO BREAK OUT OF HIS SHELL, THE NEXT TWO LUCKY INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE THEIR LOOKS AND LIVES DRAMATICALLY TRANSFORMED IN THE ABC SERIES, "EXTREME MAKEOVER," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2

"Episode 203" - Follows the journeys of Lori, a 37-year-old devoted mother from Tioga Center, New York, and Peter, a 25-year-old fast food manager from Arlington, Virginia, from their "before" phase, then as they undergo their various procedures and, finally, when the end results are revealed to their families and friends, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Lori and Peter were given a truly Cinderella-like experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers.

All of her life, Lori, a 37-year-old devoted mother from New York, has been taunted as the town "witch" because of her pointy nose. Her family has also suffered, as her children have had fights with other children because of their mother. As a result, Lori has worn disguises in public to hide her face, and has avoided school activities. Lori wanted an extreme makeover to transform herself from "witchy" into "bewitching." She had a rhinoplasty, lower eye lift, browlift, chin implant, fat injections to the face and breast augmentation.

Lori's "Extreme Team" included:

* Dr. Jon A Perlman, a prominent board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills

* Dentist Dr. Dennis J. Wells, one of 400 dentists worldwide accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

* Personal trainer Michael Thurmond, who has trained Paula Abdul

* Wardrobe stylist Sam Saboura, who has served as a celebrity fashion stylist for Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Lara Flynn Boyle, Sarah Jessica Parker, MTV's "Movie House" and the Osbournes

* Hair stylist John Allen of B2v, who has done hair styles for Tori Spelling, Rosanna Arquette, and hair color specialist Kim Vo of B2v, who has done hair for Tara Reid, Jenny McCarthy and Molly Shannon, with hair extensions by Nanci Lee Randolph and hair straightening by Clay Patane, both of B2v

* Makeup artist Raychel Wade, owner of Cheek to Chic

* Nutrition and diet plans provided by Sally Ann catering service

Peter, a 25-year-old fast-food manager from Arlington, Virginia, thinks he looks like a vampire because of his fanglike teeth. He feels his looks have attributed to his solitary life, his stalled career and his shyness. Peter wanted to have an extreme makeover to break out of his shell and bring out his inner rock star. He had a rhinoplasty, chin implant, supplemental liposuction and extensive dental work, such as porcelain veneers and Zoom whitening.

Peter's "Extreme Team" included:

* Dr. Harvey A. Zarem, a prominent board-certified plastic surgeon in Southern California

* Dentist Dr. William Dorfman, one of the pioneers of tooth whitening

* Wardrobe stylist Sam Saboura, who has served as a celebrity fashion stylist for Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Lara Flynn Boyle, Sarah Jessica Parker, MTV's "Movie House" and the Osbournes

* Personal trainer Michael Thurmond, who has trained Paula Abdul

* Celebrity hair stylist and colorist Jerome Terry of Lukaro Salon, who has done hair styles for Tommy Lee, Brandon Boyd of the rock group "Incubus," as well as Mick Fleetwood of "Fleetwood Mac"

* Eyebrow artist Samantha Edrick of Felt Cosmetics, whose celebrity clientele includes Brooke Shields, Tommy Lee and Bruce Jenner

* Nutrition and diet plans provided by Sally Ann catering service
