Well this has to be the funniest family on the face of the earth!
I'm so used to accents that I find him easy to understand.
I can see how people would find his strong "Brummie" twang difficult to master though.
I think they're hilarious.

I just finished watching the marathon on MTV with my 65 year old mother who laughed so hard I thought she was going to need a Depends! Ozzie trying to work the remote control, Ozzie trying to work the microwave, Ozzie trying trying to play a CD- what a hoot!

Well, considering that I own a home, cars, and have an actual JOB, I'd say Dill's been fortunate to be able to take complete advantage of a rich guy's not-so-bright kid, personally.
That doesn't make him anything more than a loser who latches on to wherever he can for a place to sleep and his quarterly shower.
