What is an "MFWalkoff?"
Thanks so much for posting the link to the review, MFWalkoff. I was really hoping this show would be something super-special --- but the review has kind of cooled my heels. I'll be watching the first episode --- but I suspect I won't watch after that. I hope I'm wrong, cause I enjoy a really good quiz show --- but this one seems to have a lot of misses.
OMG, this is boring. And the review is right ... the money is puny. Attempts to build up suspense are ineffective and just fall flat. The host is also annoying and abrasive. I won't be watching the rest of the episodes.
I watched the first episode and was so bored after like 10 minutes. I kept watching thinking it was going to get more interesting but it really didn't. And then I realized that they really mean these people are in theory supposed to work through 500 questions and I thought I just can't do this for multiple weeks or nights.
Ten rounds of 50 questions each ... and they didn't even get close to finishing one round on the first episode! There are 7 episodes, so will they ever even get to 500 questions? I doubt it. They need to either go back to the drawing board on this whole idea or scrap it altogether. Epic fail!! I have to wonder if they tried out this show on a focus group first.

I didn't care for this either. The English accent of the host made it a bit hard to underst'nd and the questions were so far back on the wall in small print, that I couldn't read them easily.
I thought it was just my TV (I don't have a huge one) that was making the questions impossible to read. And I really hate things being read to me so that kind of messed it up for me too. And I agree about the banter before every single question. Stop the banter. Stoooooop.
Probably the most annoying quiz show ever! Definitely the most annoying HOST ever!!!
I lasted 4 minutes and shut it off!
I kind of like it, especially when I was able to answer several of the questions. I like being challenged this way and it sure beats reality shows.

I like the challenge too and get about as many good answers as I do in Jeopardy, but the money is really cheap and the show is slow because of all the stupid chit-chat of the host. But so many of our shows have gone to finale this last week or so that last night and tonight it's the only thing on at 8:00pm. I hope that changes fast!
It was miraculous. It was almost no trick at all, he saw, to turn vice into virtue and slander into truth, impotence into abstinence, arrogance into humility, plunder into philanthropy, thievery into honor, blasphemy into wisdom, brutality into patriotism, and sadism into justice. Anybody could do it; it required no brains at all. It merely required no character. Joseph Heller, Catch-22
