I've been looking forward to this show. The commercials look interesting! I hope it ends up being good.

It had some really cute moments. I love the mother! She is hysterical! And I liked the CLC storyline.

This show definitely has promise. Now I just want to see what other situations they derive comedy from besides school/education and the restaurant. That could get tedious. The mother is hilarious, but it was sweet at the end when she could appreciate her boys having fun playing outside with the dad. I will definitely keep watching for now.

With the exception of Modern Family I don't do sitcoms. However, I'm going to give this one a chance. I rather enjoyed the first two episodes. More importantly, I've got a crush on the mom.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

Considering how many people rave about Nathan F. on Castle (and about to guest on Big Bang) from his soap OLTL days, or the heroes of Sleepy Hollow or Forever, I'd say that's a prime motivation in a lot of TV watching, Uncle D.! Forget plot and acting, it's who you want to watch!

Not that there's anything wrong with that! However, although I've had a crush on Julie Bowen for years, my prime motivation for watching Modern Family is the excellent writing, and the great ensemble performances.
