    Fargo, Tuesdays on FX

Did anyone catch the premiere of this new show? The movie Fargo is one of my all time favorites (along with every other film done by the Coen brothers) and this TV miniseries follows the spirit, humor and unexpected violence of the original movie quite faithfully, albeit with different characters and storyline. I loved it!

I recorded it. I'll watch as soon as I have time. Glad you liked it. I wasn't sure what to expect.

I forgot. Will look for a re-run. My Tues are already DVR full, so it may be On Demand.

I watched it last night as quite liked what I. It carries the same quirky humor and unrelenting violence as the movie.

Martin Freeman has become a favorite of mine. He has great range -- The Hobbit, Sherlock, The Office(British version, Hot Fuzz, Love Actually). His name has become enough to draw me in to whatever he's doing. Billy Bob Thornton is doing a terrific sociopath as well.

I am eager to see more.

Like many others I have it recorded but have not been able to watch yet.

From everything I have read, if this show makes it to another season, it will be a completely different cast & storyline. Perhaps the cops will remain though.

I tried to watch it, but it was so much like what I remember from the movie, that I got restless. I'll try it again later.

Quirky stuff to say the least. I'll look forward to the next episode.

It got solid reviews - some were exceptionally good - from both reviewers/critics and viewers. Maybe it's just me but I certainly didn't find it to be anything above "meh"... and I feel bad not finding it worthy of great praise.

Yeah, I'll give it a few more episodes and HOPE that it gets better.

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.
