    Re: The Blacklist

I'm glad that Keane finally came to her senses about the adoption. I think she had her head in the sand - given the demands of her job, there's no way she's in the right place to have a baby.

I was surprised though about her husband's reaction to her backing out. If he really is with her for nefarious purposes, why would he need to seek comfort from that other woman he works with? That whole scene was interesting - Keane was home alone, crying amongst the baby gear and her husband was with another woman.

What was that woman's position that Red killed? I know she oversaw the FBI task force. Was she a politician or an AG or something? Considering she dangled the bait of "what happened to his family" and he killed her anyway shows just how ruthless he really is. I am curious about his family. Maybe we'll learn that in the season finale.

Debb - the mole exposed that she was the one who authorized the acquisition of and leak to the badguys the plans of the site where Red was so that they could break in and try to capture him.

She was the Director of the FBI and she's the mole who had the blueprints sent to Anslo so he could get to Red. Which was a 2 part episode right before Christmas and since then Red has been killing anyone involved with what happened to him. It's worth going online and getting the backstory.

sweeps are in February, and the show won't be back on until Feb 24 ---- why? I would think they'd want to air it during sweeps.

Jane Alexander is a wonderful actress. She and James were terrific in that scene. I normally don't care for extreme violence, but it fit them perfectly, and he did kill her quickly and without torture.

I sensed it was coming, I don't think she did.

Red is just so unforgivingly ruthless and cold-hearted. I adore him! (That's wrong, isn't it? )

I'm guessing that Fitch (Alan Alda's character) knows what happened to Red's family.
