    Re: Under The Dome

when i said "randomness" think about everything that has happened so far this season

    dead sheriff whatsherface

    dead girl from secret circle

    a beheading that never happened

    new big jim

    random science teacher

    mysterious girl appears

redhead and barbie are apparently the dome investigation team

    people flying cropdusters

    crazy gray haired barber

dark haired drunk hermit now in redheads house

    etc etc

grown people with experience in the tv business cant possibly be writing this...

i forgot the magnetism event and the red burning rain

i suspect whoever had the writing duties that day were skimming thru episodes of lost and jericho for ideas

    Re: Under The Dome

For some reason I feel as if things stabilized a bit today...that is, we got a sort of reason for Sam to have killed Angie, and only a couple of people went completely off the rails...the guy who the new sheriff killed and the new sheriff. And then there's the loaves and fishes miracle of the hoarding survivalist with 2 months food for the whole town. I'd love to see a count of how many people are actually under the Dome, but that would prevent them from pulling random new folks out of their hats...
Really terrible plot lines... nothing resolved, just new mysteries added. At least on LOST there were through lines you could follow. And KING wrote the episode where the dead girl surfaced, so he gets some of the blame.
Kind of like a wreck at the side of the highway...I watch to gawk at this point....

Has anybody ever been more obsessed with a person than Junior has been with Angie?

    Jericho was a solid show.

and yes Jericho was cool, there were some corny parts as with mos shows, but overall it was a good show that one can be proud to admit to watching

The first person that popped into my mind is Caleb too. What's sad is that his is real, not the invention of some writers.

Small enough to fit under a dome.

Small enough to be fed for two months by the food you can pack into a basement! Luckily a lot of the town was out of town at the next town over for some kind of festival or parade...maybe 4th of July? Including a lot of the police.
