I'm pretty positive this one has already been renewed. And I am definitely happy about that!!

I really did enjoy this show as fun summer entertainment and I'm sure I'll watch it next summer. My only disappointment was the complete lack of surprises in the story. There wasn't a plot point I didn't see coming way in advance including who killed Flora. The acting is very good, but I think the writing could be better.

I totally agree re: the writing. I think that they went classic telenovela probably thanks to the heavy-handed guidance of Longoria.

What does Eva Longoria have to do with it? There are a number of exec producers and I'd think Marc Cherry has more of a say in how the show goes, since he's the guy at the helm.

I enjoyed it and I hope it comes back. I think it would be good for at least another season or two.

IIRC, she's one of the exec producers who launched the idea.
But maybe she later deferred to Cherry. I don't know.
Regardless, the show is great fun, and I'd love to see it come back.

I was wondering the same thing.....it did tie up a lot of loose ends but somehow didn't feel like a finale. Nevertheless, it was great!

Yeah that was the finale. They solved the murder mystery, but now it will be about Flora and who took her. I am guessing Immigration since Mrs. Spence knows that Mr. Spence (lol) was boinking her.

You meant Rosie, right? Flora was the one who was murdered if I'm remembering correctly.

Good finale, and nice setup for next season. Peri is so evil!
