What's Tumblr? Could you just post what this cryptic foreboding is in spoiler tags for us? Now you've piqued my curiosity.

Tumblr (Tumbler) is where the young teens go now instead of FB and Twitter... same concept, but for some reason the tween girls have decided they'd rather post things there instead of FB/Twitter.

Tumblr is great if you are looking for pics or video snippets of your favorite tv shows. You can 'follow' whichever pages you like - there really is something for everyone. You can "like" the post by clicking on the little heart icon under the pic. If you really like it, you can "re-blog" it by clicking on the two arrow symbol and it will show up on your own page.

I tried posting a link to it but I get the message that a moderator has to approve it. I just never shows up!

I sent you a message with a link Punkin. Hopefully you'll be able to view it. If anyone else is interested, PM me and I'll share it with you that way since I can't seem to post it here.

Sad news. Molly Glynn, who plays a recurring role on the series as a doctor, has died of a freak accident. She was bicycling in a Chicago park with her husband when a tree fell down on her and killed her. She leaves behind 2 teenaged children, in addition to her spouse.

    What a terrible fluke accident....
I can't say I recall her...did she have any serious interactions in the plot?

I'm pretty sure she is the doctor they always show whenever the 2 paramedics bring in casualties to the hospital. She has had speaking lines but I don't recall any plot lines involving her.

Oops. Did not finish my reply. I won't give away the shocker in case some have not gotten around to viewing. I was not too happy with what happened.

    Re: Chicago Fire

The thing about made-for-tv drama shows like this is that when they are getting ready to kill somebody off, they almost have to pick a favorite or the death ends up being pointless. If they did away with someone you weren't invested in, it wouldn't be very "dramatic"!

That being said ....... I am not going to stop watching because of who they chose to say goodbye to. I think it will make things interesting for two other characters - at least for a little while. But with THAT being said, I hope they don't drag out the mourning forever. Let something good happen and focus on that!
