At first glance, I'm really disappointed that Community is on Friday!! Most of the returning shows don't seemed to have moved.

Fashion Star was moved from Tuesday to Sunday.

Here's a link to CBS' new fall series. Several look interesting to me and I'll probably take a look at most of them.

Pretty much the same as killing it, moving it to Fridays. :(. Dvr to the ready. And it looks like Dan Harmon will be leaving, and the other show runners already have new jobs...

Smash not returning till midseason....might be a good thing as I know they are looking at retooling the show, with the original show runner leaving and all. It could use some work.

So far I think I'll be looking forward to Elementary, Hannibal, Beauty and the Beast, Cult and that 666 one - about the haunted apartment. I'm surprised we haven't heard anything about the new Marc Cherry show being picked up - Devious Maids. It was getting a fair amount of press and has some well known names attached - including a post AMC La Lucci.

Fridays might actually be good for Community -- less pressure to get better numbers than on Thursday. And the network is committed to 13 episodes, so I think moving it to Fridays is a sign that they will pretty much leave it alone, and then decide what to do once they reach the last 2 or 3 episodes this winter.

Several of the new CBS shows seems promising to me: definitely Partners with David Krumholz and Michael Urie, possibly Elementary though I'm not thrilled with a female Watson, Vegas maybe with Carrie Ann Moss, Michael Chiklis, and Dennis Quaid, Golden Boy maybe since CBS procedurals are often well done.

As I said earlier, I'll probably look at all of them except the reality show The Job.

As for the NBC shows, Revolution is a yes; I'll sample anything J J Abrams has to offer and the 1600 Penn sitcom (Bill Pullman was a great president in Independence Day and I think he'll do a comedic one well, too. I loved him in Spaceballs.

Actually, Grimm and Supernatural have done quite well on Fridays and NBC has put Community as the lead in to Grimm, might be a good thing.
