I liked the new co host today---- Jesse Palmer. They had him listed as a former NFL player, but when I read the bio he was a Bachelor..... But even though I refuse to watch that show, I thought he was good and comfortable with what they had him do.

I agree Deb that the best part was the host chat....I only stayed beyond that when there was really somebody I wanted to see. The game part was always a fiasco with the telephone not ringing or something. Took Gelman a LONG time before he agreed to change how they called people

I liked him too. I knew he had been on the Bachelor, but I didn't watch that season. I thought he and Kelly were pretty good together. There was definitely an ease about him and it seemed to be a comfortable connection with him and Kelly.

I've adored Kelly since she played Haley on AMC. Didn't care much for Regis until Kelly joined him. (It's entirely possible that was because of Kathy Lee! I hate her.) When Kelly joined Regis I've tried to tune in whenever possible. Their chemistry was magic in the morning. However, with Regis gone, I am not at all interested in the show. It's TOO much 'about' Kelly! I like the show when Seth Meyers is on because he can stand his ground, but as was mentioned earlier, it's unlikely he will become a permanent co-host.

I don't like him that much. I tuned in for Hugh Grant, I have always loved him( naughty boy that he is)

I think so. I dont know why, he said he used to, now he looks at cars or whatever.

I caught a the show one morning when Dana Carvey was co-hosting and I thought he was pretty good. They bantered well together and he was perky but not too perky. I'd watch more often if he were the co-host.

What do you think of Donny Osmond as co-host? I know he does a musical show in Vegas now with Marie, but who knows how long that will last. The last I heard, they were on their last year under contract and Marie has a talk show coming on soon on the Hallmark channel.

He's friendly. He knows lots of people in the entertainment business. He's been in show biz for over 50 years.
He's a family man. He can sing, dance and entertain. He can do live performances to promote the show. He has wide name recognition. I also think he has a big fan base from women who were fans as kids.

Just speculating. I think a co-host with musical talent would be a plus, whether it's with Donny or someone else.

I would absolutely NOT watch if Donny was chosen as co-host. I cannot stomach that man. He grates on my very last nerve and makes me want to poke my eyes out with a needle
